Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place This is my second time staying at this Holiday Inn Express and I was not disappointed at all, the service was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing I would recommend this hotel to everyone you will not be disappointed, the only thing that I would recommend that they at least have coffee out before 6am so that we early risers can have some coffee. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel We checked in late after a bevy of airline problems. The staff was warm and welcoming full of ideas for late night eating. I did not know where the pool towels were but the housekeeper got be some. Very nice breakfast coffee in room. No complaints! August 17, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by request made at reservation I requested downstairs room 139 and was given 209. I made reservation well in advance. I have stayed many times at this hotel over several years and even get requested room 139 most times. Nothing special about room, it is simply on 1st floor next to exit. When I inquired about not getting room requested, and not even on 1st floor, I was curtly dismissed, and told I was given "only room available to you". In other words, take it or leave it. If making reservations well in advance and being a platinum rewards club member means nothing, then why do I stay at HIE? ' August 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great problem solvers and bright room I enjoyed staying in my room. I was in an end room that had two windows and the daytime lighting was fantastic. The air conditioning was great (hot flashes) and kept me comfortable through the night. I am not very good with technology and the front desk took the time to help me with my laptop problems. They went above and beyond with that aspect of my stay. I enjoyed the breakfast provided. Lots of great choices and an automatic pancake machine!! Just press a button and the pancakes come out cooked at the end! I would love to have one at home. So much safer that the waffle makers you usually see at hotels. I was also able to use the line that I was smarter the next day because I had stayed at a Holiday Inn Express. August 16, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Front Desk People After driving all day, we were tired and wanted to find a place to stay. After having other positive experiences at the Holiday Inn Express, we were ready to stay at another one. The folks up front were very helpful and gave us answers to any of our questions. They also offered a free Happy Hour for the evening and the breakfast for the morning. I have not had many experiences using a WIFI and the folks upfront were very helpful in showing me how to use my lap top to connect, The folks were just very friendly and outgoing.The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay at this Holiday Inn Express again. When one has a positive experience with a company, they are more than likely to try other chain related facilities. August 4, 2014
