Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel but Service Needs Improvement This location was not the best of the Holiday Inn Express family in terms of service, but still a very good place to stay. When I checked in the two front desk clerks ignored me and then the lady just looked at me when I told her I needed to check in. I was not recognized as a Gold member like I usually am. I used the front desk clerks once more during my stay and again I felt as if I was bothering them. The rooms while small were clean and comfortable. The one nice feature at this hotel was the light above the shower in the bathroom. This has been my complaint in several other hotels. The pillows needed to be replaced. The breakfast was very good. Loved the breakfast and business area of the hotel. Service was my main reasoning for the average rating. I would recommend this location to others. April 6, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Pillows My overall stay was pretty good, however, I do have two complaints. I didn't quite understand why the pillows were so flat. I spent most of my night trying to fluff the pillows just for good neck support. And there were (4) on the bed. Love the refrigerator and microwave, but my primary reason for the stay was for rest. I also hated the fact that my room must have been close to the elevator because all thru the night I heard this annoying noise; it sounded like the elevator. I think if I had to choose, I would say "BETTER PILLOWS PLEASE!!" March 11, 2013
