The staff at Tuscola, IL Holiday Inn Express recognized our Platinum status in a BIG way starting with separate gift bags for myself and my husband (so that we wouldn't fight over the treats). When we received a call to see if our room met our expectations, I was able to thank them for the wonderful complimentary upgrade we had been given - loved the Jacuzzi! January 17, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Sliding Downhill We have been Holiday Inn Express Brand travelers. We've noticed lately some of them that are franchises seem to be going downhill. This is the first property that we have seen the omelets all cut in half. I'm sorry but that is just cheap. Also the internet and cable were out. That's not the hotel's fault, but the desk couldn't tell us anything about it. December 26, 2013
