This is an extremely comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The gym is better than most hotel gyms, wifi good, rooms spacious, beds amazing. I can't think of any problems with the place. Obviously ideal for JT National Park.

This is one of my favorite hotels, even though it is in the middle of nowhere. The staff is great, and they go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. You can tell this place is run by people who take pride in their work and are attentive to detail.

We stayed in this hotel on our way to Joshua Tree. We came in later in the day and very tired. The woman that greeted us at the desk was fantastic, she was welcoming, friendly and instantly made us feel better for just stopping by. The hotel is newer , clean typical Holiday Inn, on the good side for this chain. But it is the staff that makes this place stand out. I spend several nights every year in hotels, I rate this hotel as one of the best.

Holiday Inn Express' are consistently clean, in good condition, and the complimentary breakfasts are always good. The Holiday Inn Express at Twentynine Palms was no exception. The room and bathroom were very clean, the fitness room had equipment that was in excellent condition, the pool area was clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

front desk host - ryan and mona and the other very very nice lady that is normally in the morning are great front desk personnel.
Robert (Bob) is a great host in the evening manager hospitality service.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable but seemingly way overpriced for the area. This is a remote area of CA and they use that to their pricing advantage. But I'm sure this hotel is the best town.

This hotel is one of the nicest Holiday inn Express properties that I have ever stayed at. Great hot tub and HEATED pool helped us relax after a day of hiking in Joshua Tree national park. A friendly staff and good breakfast also made our stay perfect. Comfortable beds, large selection of tv channels and a very clean room were nice too. If we come back to the area, this is where we will stay.

Had great service and accomodations. Not much happening in 29 palms but staff alerted us to places to go and made it a great trip. Thanks to them. We will definitely stay there again

Third stay at this hotel which is very convenient when working at military base. Beds are comfortable and rooms are quiet. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Front desk immediately resolved only problem this stay which was desk chair that could not be raised/lowered. Front desk replaced chair within half hour of inquiry.

Staff was very welcoming. A nice gentleman (forgot his name) was very helpful in finding the best rate for my family and I. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. Very satisfied with my visit.
