My husband and I were very impressed to find such a lovely property in the desert! From the moment we arrived until we checked out we enjoyed an exemplary accomodations experience! Professional, immaculate, friendly, with every modern convenience. A hot and/or cold towel refreshing station in the lobby for guests was only one of the the many surprise amenities offered. We also loved the cinnamon rolls on Sunday morning, and the beach towels at the pool. We were only looking for a good bed and clean bath for a couple of nights and found so much more. We would have loved staying longer. A great experience! I love it when this happens!

Quite a hard working front desk staff. Internet problems they worked hard to fix. Everything else was fine for this class of hotel

the hotel was convenient and clean. The breakfast was much better then other hotels we have stayed at.

The check in process went well, Thanks to Monica. The room was clean. The quality of the bedding was fair at best. The problem that I had with this hotel is that I needed to get my room key reprogrammed 7 times in 2 days. I found this very inconvenient but soon realized from comments made by staff that this is a common occurrence. What was really disturbing is on Saturday, I left my meds in my room and started feeling ill while out shopping, I went to the hotel to grab my meds and my keys didn't work for the 5th time. I saw the housekeeper on the floor (the same housekeeper the saw me come out of my room earlier, the same housekeeper that I told we didn't need housekeeping services but just towels), I asked her to let me in my room, she then started quoting me hotel policy about needing to go to the front desk. I then went to the front desk to get my keys reprogrammed but ran into an unapologetic front desk clerk, asking me if I put my keys near my cell phone. Upon returning from shopping, I asked Monica to reprogram my room key prior to me going to my room. Not only did Monica reprogram my keys, she walked to the room with me with the pass key to ensure we gained entry into our room without problems. Maybe everyone should take a page from Monica's book and realize customers counts.

Love this hotel! Clean, neat, comfortable, all the amenities you need, friendly staff. Great value! I will always stay here in 29 Palms.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Great service, rooms, breakfast, staff. It felt like royalty. The very best and if they are all like this, this is where I will be staying if there is one close to where I will be going.
