I highly recommend this location when in Twin Falls. Whole experience was awesome! Very clean rooms & incredible staff. Kelly was a tremendous help with making sure my stay was great. Thank you for a great hotel, a great stay and a great staff. I will always stay at this location when visiting Twin Falls. Monday night football party was an extra nice added benefit! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by smooth sailing the Holiday inn express in Twin Fall ,Id is a very good place to spend a night or nights. I highly recommend it to all travelers. The customer care is excellent and the amenities are superb. Clean rooms, baths, hallways, elevator, lobby, Swimming pool/ spa, and workout room. The whole place is very nice and updated. It is great to have a place to go to that is this nice and affordable. Pocatello HIE is also extremely nice, and I quote all of these words to the staff and management of that hotel as well. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service and comfortable stay Everything about the hotel was clean and pleasent. This included the outward appearance, the foyer, the room, and the breakfast room. Staff was friendly and helpful. They took the time to give us directions and tell us about things we might want to see in Twin Falls. The hotel location is close to shopping and access to major travel routes. Even though the breakfast room was crowded when we ate, the staff was able to keep all the food items well supplied. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a good stay A staff member at the hotel made a mistake with our reservation - which there were somehow two different reservation numbers (?), and no one was too bothered to do anything about it. If I had not brought the matter up again the following day, I doubt that anyone would have. It was the worst service I have experienced at a hotel, and the attitudes of the managers were not good either - don't bother us, and we won't bother you. August 27, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Priority Club means nothing here We stay at Holiday Inns in Winnemucca Nevada and Twin Falls Idaho, both coming to Sun Valley, Id. and going home to Calif. We received as members, in Winnemucca, 'goodie bags' with bottles of water, bags of trail mix and health bar, and on their reservation desk is a full basket of fresh baked cookies and a huge urn full of ice water. In Twin Falls, last year, they handed us two cookies, after we asked. This year we asked and they told us that they weren't doing anything for Priority members, that they were told that it is the policy now. August 22, 2014
