The holiday Inn Express in Twin Falls, Idaho is in a great location, has friendly staff, clean rooms and a nice spa area. The only downfall on my many stays is the poor internet service. The high speed internet is free but it jumps from 120 mb to 5.5 mb and is really unstable. Other than that i would recommend this place to others as long as they dont plan on surfing the web or doing work related projects like skyping etc.

Traveling on business is hard - so when I find a place to stay to ease the difficulties, I love to recommend - I will definitely be staying again. Great staff - very helpful!

This facility is conveniently located for business or pleasure near the canyon. It is away from the heavy traffic on Blue Lakes Blvd. yet just a quick drive to access the major through streets. It is also near the college.
The staff was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I've never had a bad experience here. Rooms are updated, beds are comfy and pillows are super nice!

I shopped around on line to find where I wanted to go then called to make a reservation and received quotes 10% higher than their adds. They also told me they couldn't guarantee me a double queen bed. Which was available on-line. I told them why they were so different on the phone then there on-line site. No honest answer. I felt like I was talking to a bunch of crooked sales men. They kept pressuring me to buy this or that. So I finally had to hang up on them. If your a person who would rather talk to a human get good customer service this is not the hotel for you. So I got the room I wanted no problem on-line and the room was nice.
