Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a good stay A staff member at the hotel made a mistake with our reservation - which there were somehow two different reservation numbers (?), and no one was too bothered to do anything about it. If I had not brought the matter up again the following day, I doubt that anyone would have. It was the worst service I have experienced at a hotel, and the attitudes of the managers were not good either - don't bother us, and we won't bother you. August 27, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Priority Club means nothing here We stay at Holiday Inns in Winnemucca Nevada and Twin Falls Idaho, both coming to Sun Valley, Id. and going home to Calif. We received as members, in Winnemucca, 'goodie bags' with bottles of water, bags of trail mix and health bar, and on their reservation desk is a full basket of fresh baked cookies and a huge urn full of ice water. In Twin Falls, last year, they handed us two cookies, after we asked. This year we asked and they told us that they weren't doing anything for Priority members, that they were told that it is the policy now. August 22, 2014

The hotel was clean, the room was great, and it was some of the best sleep I've had in a hotel. I got in a little late, so the staff was "tired" but they got me checked in swiftly enough. The only real disappointment was the biscuits and gravy the next morning. I don't recommend it. But other than that, a lovely stay. August 9, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Missed cookie time Other HIE offer cookie & milk time, which is awesome. Plus some offer an early dinner chowder. Also awesome, but the cookies are the most awesome. During summer months the hot tub shouldn't be so hot. It was too hot to use and after driving for over 8 hours I sure could have used a hot tub. But the pool was great. Otherwise, it was a great place for a good price. And the location is perfect to get good food and freeway access. August 5, 2014

Thankful that the spa and pool were open late. 11pm for the kids and midnight for adults. The kids swam and worked their wiggles out while I soaked in the spa. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean, breakfast hot, staff friendly. Couldn't ask for anything more. August 5, 2014

While the value may not be initially apparent, you should at least look the facility over as it is one of the best in this area. Just don't get so zealous as to overbook the hotel and cut me out of my stay. July 31, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Would not come back We we're put in a handicap room that was filthy. The shower was brown and the floors were dirty. We asked to change rooms but we're told there were none available. My children needed a tub to bathe in and there was not one. We called the reservation line and was told rooms were in fact available. We were still not allowed to switch. Considered trying to find another hotel but it was very late. Always have stayed at holiday inn express, never has it been this horrible. Would never come back to the one in twin falls. July 27, 2014

I love staying at this place for business travel because it's quiet, the breakfast is great and everyone is always so friendly. I also love the beds. Clean, comfortable, spacious room, great pool area (although the spa was not very hot), and very nice customer service. If I ever go through Twin Falls again, I would definitely choose to stay here. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Almost perfect We've stayed in this hotel before so we knew it would be nice. Everything was just as it should be as far as accommodations go. However, just as last time, the staff really struggles with details. We had reserved 15 rooms and they gave one of our rooms away. That's a HUGE problem and when we checked in, we were told we had made the mistake and not them. Then they said, "Well we're sorry." We persisted until they offered that family a small discount. Another family wanted to extend their stay one night and the reservation was made for the wrong day. Both of those are big problems. This family received no help, so we just checked out. It was a good stay, but we'll consider other options next time. July 8, 2014
