Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 No Hot water and rude staff
The staff was very friendly when I checked in but it took me 2 calls to get my receipt and they were rude when I asked for it. There was not any hot water in the morning. Beds were comfortable.

As most Holiday Inn locations they are well kept, bedding is clean and comfortable , the parking and common areas are clean and well lit. Most important is the rooms are quiet and feel secure.

The staff made the check in and out process very easy for our group of 12 rooms. This hotel was very clean inside and out. Beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again!

Great room and very nice breakfast lounge. The furnace in the room worked quite well as it was cold outside.

The front desk did not even know about the coupon that I had found in the Chamber of Commerce magazine. I thought that to be odd.
That night upon our return from dinner the front desk did not bother to tell us the elevator was out which is not a big deal but he could have said something. We took the stairs again not a bid deal.
The plaster in the pool is coming off in big hunks.
The bathroom needs to be updated as the sink is cracked, the toilet is like a jet engine when flushed
Upon our return from dinner there was trash at the front door. Should have been picked up.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bandwife Definitely Handicap accessible!!
My husband and I try to always stay in Holiday Inn Express for a number of reasons. First, I can make my reservation online at a reduced price and then call the front desk to request the handicap room I need. Most larger hotels refuse to block the needed room for you! Second, we love the quiet, comfortable atmosphere of Holiday Inn Express. They always give us a restful night and then a great breakfast! We do not eat breads so the boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, and Greek yogurt are excellent choices for us. (The Turkey sausage could be left off the menu for us!) But the most important reason we stay in Holiday Inn Expresses is the handicap accessible room. We always have plenty of room for walkers and/or wheelchairs! In this specific hotel, the bathroom is awesome!!! The roll-in shower with the seat is exactly what I need. And this one is designed correctly - - the floor of the shower it slightly tilted to the inside so the water does not flood the rest of the bathroom!
And last - there was a problem with our Reward Points when we arrived. I had tried to settle the problem with Headquarters, but the young lady could not understand what I was trying to explain. When I arrived, I explained the situation to Timothy who assured me that he would check into the problem and get back with me. Sure enough the next morning, Josh, who is the manager, called me personally to tell me the situation had been looked into and that the problem was resolved. Couldn't find this service at a large hotel!
All in all, we were very pleased as usual! We highly recommend this hotel and all the others - - except for a few of the roll-in showers!!
