The staff was very friendly and accomodating to all of the families that were there for a state wrestling tournament. The rooms were quite. The hotel, pool and rooms are very clean.

I would stay here again if in Champaign/Urbana for business. The hotel is accessible to the highway, but farther from campus. There are not a lot of fast food choices nearby.

For some reason, we did not sleep well. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and the mattress was just fair. And couldn't get it cold enough for sleep. But a beautiful room.

Was very disappointed to learn at 10:00 p.m. that the toilet in my room did not work. Very embarrassing. Called for a plunger and one was brought up but did not help the situation. Then in the meantime, discovered that the sink at the faucet when turned on sprayed water all over. Called back down to the front desk and requested a room change. Did not appreciated at 10:40 p.m. having to move to another room on another floor. Also requested a quiet room and was told that I only had one neighbor - only to find out it was one with young children screaming and carrying on. I had planned to sleep in but when moved to the other room it was the one below the room with young children and at 7:00 a.m. was woke up to a child crying. Guess it was not one of my better nights.

wifi didnt work, pool was disgusting, bathroom didnt lock, needed sheets for spare bed and they never brought them.

Apparently the property across the way had major music thumping all night and I couldn't sleep after a long weary sales trip. The staff did work on it, but it took over an hour to stop it. It was likely not the staffs fault, but they need to work with the property across the way better.
