Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poorly run property The hotel is apparently trying to keep costs down with few staff, cheap toiletries and horrible food. The front desk person was often missing since she was off helping to do other things. While it was clean, it was no better than several other hotels across the parking lot and across the street - all of which were less money and nicer. November 17, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great room Usually our stay at an Inn goes without a hitch but this time there was a church convention and I don't think the hotel was prepared. The check-in clerk seemed preoccupied. Never mentioned any of the amenities or location of breakfast. Our room had been occupied before & someone left a pair of slacks that we found partially tucked under the foot of our bed. The bathroom wastebasket was not emptied either. Made me wonder if the room was clean. Breakfast was a disappointment because by 7:15 most items were empty & had to eat my yogurt with a fork because staff couldnt keep up with the demand. We also cancelled staying at another hotel this night, based on the reviews we read. So glad we did!! Other than finding a single hair on the bathroom floor, it was very clean and comfortable!! We had a room next to the elevator and didn't hear it at all!! October 24, 2014
