I was a platinum club member for a few years but my traveling has been reduced due to a job change. The representative that checked me in on Friday April 17th, 2015 automatically upgraded me from a Queen sized room to a suite. My family and I were very much appreciative of this as it allowed us extra room. I wish that I would have captured his name, but he was very courteous and professional.
