Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great room ,great location, strange billing The hotel was great. Great location for my customers meetings. However the way the Hotel bills is quite different than other Holiday Inn proprties. They bill for each night, then give you a final bill for both nights. However they leave the indiviual charges on until the credit card clears. Thus this makes it quite difficult for business travelers to rectife their expense report for the week. I seriously doubt I will stay there again do to this billing issue. April 1, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Identity Loss Concern and Unresponsive Front Desk I accidentally left my Day Timer in my room when I left the hotel. This item is CRITICAL to me as it has all my appointments, meetings, phone numbers and action items. I stayed on the 28th at this hotel. On March 2nd I called to see if it was there and was told it was found and that it would be mailed to me. I gave my credit card number to cover the expense of the shipment. I have been looking for it to arrive all week I just called (March 8th) to follow up and the front desk (not the same person, the original was a male) said it was "sitting on the counter, with all your information on it, but no one has taken time to box it up and send it." (I JUST LOVE KNOWING MY AM EX CARD HAS BEEN OUT IN THE OPEN). She would box it up today and it should be on its way by Monday (3/11). This is NOT the type of service I have come to expect from Holiday Inn (gold card memeber) and I am extremely dissappointed with the follow through on a item that is SO important to me. March 9, 2013
