Sunday breakfast could use a little sprucing up. The grounds and surrounding area are nice and the access from 2 major highways makes this ideal. July 2, 2015

The building is located in a quiet and peaceful area, with plenty of restaurants and shopping malls in a walking distance. In face there is a road of 4 miles full of malls, there is nothing which cannot be found there. The hotel was very attentive to my needs, recognized me as IHG Platinum member, and gave me all the necessary instructions how to find what I was looking for Highly recommended for business people! I vary rarely have any problems with noise or distractions during my stay. I recommend Holiday Inn hotels to others when traveling. June 8, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very Dissatisfied I reserved my suite months ahead of time, I even went in to look at the room to make sure it was suitable and called them the weekend before. The morning of (10 am) I received a phone call informing me that the room I booked MONTHS ago was not available because people were in it. When I was upset over the process I asked for a manager, the woman stated that there wasn't one in the building, but could not solve my unhappiness and told me a manager would call me. I never received a phone call. This hotel stay was part of my wedding experience and I was not going to stress about it when I arrived. When I did arrive, the keys failed to work, the employees at the front desk were absolutely no help. We were looking for a cart and instead of being of assistance told one of my bridesmaids to search the hotel floors to find one, because she was too busy. When she went downstairs the woman we called was leaning up against the counter sighing and stating she was bored. I was extremely disappointed, and if I would have had more notice rather than the 10 am phone call about a reservation booked months prior I most definitely would have changed my hotel stay to one of the other 3 hotels within that circle. I wish the manager would have called me back because even though my night was great the hotel experience was anything but. I will never recommend this hotel in the future. June 3, 2015
