Front desk staff moved me to another room on the top floor that was smaller but where the TV worked. Very helpful and polite. Only con was the TV not working in my original room which was corrected. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Front desk service We always get the floor we want and the check in service is a breeze. We received a comp day because of a problem the last time we stayed. No ones fault but Mother Nature caused some lightning and blew out 70 TV's. The manager was very fair and gave use an extra night and we were able to see more friends and family. Thank you for that. The grandkids loved the pool. Clean and always had fresh towels. September 20, 2014

I waited approximately 8 minutes until someone arrived. I would guess this was because they were understaffed. September 13, 2014
