Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Happy and grateful for all your help In March of 2014 I had quadruple by-pass open heart surgery for an emergency to save my life.Thanks to a lot of thoughts and prayers I made it and here I am the second time around.When I arrived at Utica Holiday Inn Express I was greeted with open arms especially by Mgr.Mr.Arthur and Karin the dining room hostess.Since I visit my daughter quite often and stay at the Inn I had not been there for awhile as I was restricted for travel by my doctor.When I met Karin she told me how she was worried about me because I had not visited for awhile.My 8 day stay was such a joy because of all the help I received from the entire staff as after my surgery I developed a handicap with my leg and must use a cane.When I came to breakfast every morning I was greeted so cheerfully by Karin and was treated like,I would assume,she would treat her father.When I left after 8 days I was in tears when I thought of how wonderful the great staff at this Inn,from the Mgr on down,treated me while I was there. From the bottom of my heart,now repaired,I want to thank all the staff for the care and consideration I was given. December 5, 2014

Much of the original staff is still there and it is nice to see them every time we visit our daughter and her family in Utica. Her husband uses your conference facility for business meetings from time to time , his comments to us are also positive. You have a success story in motion, "great staff, clean and comfortable facilities, all in line with the area market value pricing. The big advantage is your facility is well kept with very friendly staff. This means a lot to us. We will return, this is a sure thing. Thank you for a great holiday mini-vacation.
