I have stayed at this holiday inn between 3 and 4 nights a week for the past few months.
The elevator is constantly broken!
The staff is wonderful, the breakfast food is good, the exercise equipment is convenient and nice, and the rooms are always very clean.
However, I have an irrational fear of getting stuck in an elevator. So this constant issue is a problem for me. It has been broken more times than I can count while I was staying there. The staff promptly calls someone to fix it every time, but that doesn't mean it won't be broken again 12 hours later. The odds are just against you riding it at that point. Such a pain to deal with, especially if you have a lot of luggage and odd working hours.

I received the same excellent service as usual at this establishment. I stay at no other facility when in the area of this location. I will travel up to 2 hrs. just to stay here.

I always love to stay at Rosie's Holiday Inn Express in Vacaville, CA. The decor is like being in someone's lovely home. The flowers and wall hangings, etc are exquisite. On display are the many rewards she and the staff have received and they certainly deserve them. Everything is clean, neat and comfortable and I did not see anything that needed repair such as plumbing, etc.
When I have to go to the bay area I tell my family I am going to stay at Rosie's.

We stayed one night in this hotel in November 2012. We were greeted as Priority Club Members right away, given a snack and invited to the mixer in the lobby. They provided more snacks/drinks than other Holiday Inn Express locations, and we were under the impression they were provided by the local factory of Budweiser.
Clean comfortable rooms. Inexpensive for a HIE property. Would stay again if needed.

Good location, perfect service, comfortable rooms. The reception team were probably the most welcoming and helpful I can remember in a Hol Inn, and as a gold/ Plat memeber for the last few years I see a few!

I have been staying at this hotel for the past 5 years. I usually stay anywhere from 2-5 days during by visits. I do not stay at any other hotel in the area. The hotel is emaculate and the staff are the greatest. You feel like you are at home. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

very nice hotel. rooms were very quiet and comfortable. breakfast was great as most holiday inn expresss. front desk staff and breakfast staff very friendly,especially Lori at the front desk.

We stayed here on a short overnight vacation to Six Flags. We got back to our room about 6:30 p.m. At 7:40 we got a call from the front desk saying there had been a complaint from our downstairs neighbor that our kids were jumping on the beds. First of all, they were NOT jumping on the beds, just walking around normally. Second of all, you're calling me at 7:40 p.m. at night, before their bedtime, when they aren't even being noisy? Ridiculous. We could not relax after that. I did end up going downstairs and asking her in person what time the noise ordinance was and she said it was 10:00 p.m. at night and 6:00 a.m. in the morning. So why call me at 7:40 p.m.? Other than that I would say the hotel was ok.
