From the cheerful check-in and spotless clean exterior and interior of the hotel you can tell the staff and management of this property get it and know how to take care of guests. The room was immaculate and all the amenities were included. We went to the meet and greet that evening and had a free beer/wine drink and some appetizers that were just the right amount. My son enjoyed the pool and hot tub while my wife and I relaxed out on the shaded patio. This was the perfect stay and I highly recommend it.

We were very happy with our stay, everything was Good!
I have stayed at 30+ properties over the past couple months about 25% of them IHG. The manager at this property genuinely asked me how our stay was, she seemed like she took ownership of this property and really cared about her guests. This is very rare with IHG b/c most Managers seem fake. Not at this hotel service level is Great!
Would return and Thanks again!

Stayed here while in the area for the NASCAR race. Checked in on a wednesday and was pleased to find out that they have a manager's reception each nite m - f, which is very unusual. And, the manager is even there! Rosie (the manager) was a pleasure to visit with as was the rest of the staff. They helped me through a couple issues and were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Lots of places to eat or shop nearby. So, if you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay in the area... this is the place!

The free wine, beer and food were so enjoyable after a long day. We were even upgraded on our room because we were priority club members. Each staff member was always smiling which is really nice to see. The breakfast choices are great but it would be nice to see healthier choices. More fruit and fresh oatmeal. Thank you HIE!

Loved the hotel, breakfast was awesome and the indoor pool was amazing. Would like to have them look into cooling the elevator heat down some. Just going from the 1st to 3rd floor made me sweat.

They had a motion sensor for the lights and they came on every hour or so starting at about 1AM. It was like clockwork. I just reached over and turned them off. I was still very tired next morning.
I told lady at the desk in the morning and she said Ishould've called them. I don' t think that is something I should have to do. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this hotel to me. Otherwise, I like the hotel as it is newer and has nice amenities.

I live 4 hours away from my office and stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Vacaville Ca three to four days per week. It has become my home away from home. I am very comfortable and chose to stay here over the other possibilities because of the Price and the willingness of the staff to help me. I can recomend this hotel without hesitation. I stay in 5 star hotels around the world and find this hotel to be just fine for my time in Vacaville.

Stopped as I couldn't drive any longer. Didn't have reservations but was given an upgraded room as a Priority Club member, at a very good price. Night staff was great. Thanks from a weary traveler.

I enjoyed my stay! Good place to relax. This a very good location, very close to the Freway and factory stores which my wife liked most while I was taking a nap in my car. Very calm and quiet surroundings.

PRINTER is a disappointment. There are two PC's in the room with one printer to share. Tried both PC to print a file and it just would not work. Staff on duty accomodated my request to print in their office.
Most people stay in hotel for business reasons and Business center should be a help.

Everyone was so nice and efficient, and the room tidy and clean, that I feel I must compliment the people responsible -- although I know my accolade might be used for promotional purposes and thus make a reservation more difficult for me in the future.

I stay regularly at this location. I really appreciate the breakfast attendant. Not only firendly and efficient, but also takes plates and cups from tables when finished. Better service than most restaurants.

Some nice receptions at other HIE locations nearby in Salida-Modesto and Manteca made the offer of evening reception here an attraction to book me my first stay, but the quality of the budwiser can beer and egg salad sandwich shows the execution too low to recommend and I avoided it after a couple of tries at my week long stay,
Positive notes for the hotel are location, clean, in good repair. I would stay there again for business or shopping at the outlet malls.

We have family in Vacaville and have stayed at this property for years. It is still clean, quiet, safe and excellent staff. We just happened to be there on New Years Eve one year, started to go to our room and there was a "party" going on in the lobby. We had a blast!

I have stayed at this holiday inn between 3 and 4 nights a week for the past few months.
The elevator is constantly broken!
The staff is wonderful, the breakfast food is good, the exercise equipment is convenient and nice, and the rooms are always very clean.
However, I have an irrational fear of getting stuck in an elevator. So this constant issue is a problem for me. It has been broken more times than I can count while I was staying there. The staff promptly calls someone to fix it every time, but that doesn't mean it won't be broken again 12 hours later. The odds are just against you riding it at that point. Such a pain to deal with, especially if you have a lot of luggage and odd working hours.

I always love to stay at Rosie's Holiday Inn Express in Vacaville, CA. The decor is like being in someone's lovely home. The flowers and wall hangings, etc are exquisite. On display are the many rewards she and the staff have received and they certainly deserve them. Everything is clean, neat and comfortable and I did not see anything that needed repair such as plumbing, etc.
When I have to go to the bay area I tell my family I am going to stay at Rosie's.

We stayed one night in this hotel in November 2012. We were greeted as Priority Club Members right away, given a snack and invited to the mixer in the lobby. They provided more snacks/drinks than other Holiday Inn Express locations, and we were under the impression they were provided by the local factory of Budweiser.
Clean comfortable rooms. Inexpensive for a HIE property. Would stay again if needed.

I have been staying at this hotel for the past 5 years. I usually stay anywhere from 2-5 days during by visits. I do not stay at any other hotel in the area. The hotel is emaculate and the staff are the greatest. You feel like you are at home. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We stayed here on a short overnight vacation to Six Flags. We got back to our room about 6:30 p.m. At 7:40 we got a call from the front desk saying there had been a complaint from our downstairs neighbor that our kids were jumping on the beds. First of all, they were NOT jumping on the beds, just walking around normally. Second of all, you're calling me at 7:40 p.m. at night, before their bedtime, when they aren't even being noisy? Ridiculous. We could not relax after that. I did end up going downstairs and asking her in person what time the noise ordinance was and she said it was 10:00 p.m. at night and 6:00 a.m. in the morning. So why call me at 7:40 p.m.? Other than that I would say the hotel was ok.
