I wish that the hotel would have kicked them out as numerous requests to quiet down were completely ignored. Breakfast was great and coffee was hot! Rooms were very clean and staff great! Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by $200 taken from my Bank Card GM, We enjoyed everything about our stay during our son's hockey tournament. That was until we got home and found a charge for $200 extra from our bank account. We called and found out it was a charge for smoking in the room. This is when everything went down hill. NO ONE SMOKED IN OUR ROOM! The fact is you refused to listen. You refuse to accept the possibilty that maybe your staff made a mistake? Maybe if you asked questions and had an open mind you would have accepted the fact you just took $200 from a family for something they didn't do. You may have a strict policy, which I understand, but the fact is you are wrong this time. I will be a coach on this team the next 2 years and you just lost our business. Maybe you don't care about our business. I hope the owners of this hotel do. Do the right thing. January 29, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Loud patrons Good hotel experience in the middle of a cold spell. Drunk guys upstairs were super loud most of the night and hotel didn't do anything about it after a friend called about it. That's my only complaint otherwise a good value. January 1, 2014
