When we arrived to check in we where told that we could not pay with cash that we needed to pay with a credit card. I explained I only had enough on my card for my car payment and she still refused to take my cash so I had to go to Walmart and not only pay their reload fee to add the cash BACK to my card I had to pay my banks reload fee as well. Then when we returned I gave her my card and she checked us in. That went smooth up until I received the text that she charged my card $169.60!!! When I asked her about that she said she didn't know why they charged so much for taxes and that there was a $20.00 incident fee that would be refunded in 3-5 business days if there was no damages. No one mentioned to me about that fee and to much taxes??? really. She later called the my room and said she lowered the rate of the room and put $20.00 back on my card. I checked my statement the next morning and it was not there. Next the cleaniless of the building was far from that. The bed frame was dusty,as with the picture frames the top of the mirror even the top of the toilet paper dispenser. The chrome finish on the lights in the bathroom has spots on them as did the walls. The corners under the sink where dirty. The floors in the hallway had paper on them and the dust in the corners by the elevator are thick to the point it actually looks like mold. The base boards where dirty and the pictures in the hall ways where dusty.

This hotel was very comfortable and the staff more friendly than most. It was in a convenient location and located next to where we needed to be.

We have stayed in this property before. A great staff (housekeeping, Front Desk and Breakfast Service Person) The value was good.
The only challenge was that the room HVAC. The thermostat did not turn heat on and off . Either the room was extremely warm or cold as we had to manually adjust. Not a big deal for us.A quick maintenance fix we would guess.
Wi-Fi was quick on and did not drop.

We booked 8 rooms and from the start it was nothing but a mess! I was receiving email confirmations for people I didn't even know and some for friends that ended up not really being theirs. The entire staff was rude and made it seem that we were lucky to be staying there! I spent at least 3 extra hours trying to get it straightened out before the stay. Unacceptable! When I requested to have the general manager contact me I was told I had to deal with the front desk manager. Upon check in I the front desk clerk named Perez (spelling?) was rude and condescending. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that there was no one else there and that the manager would not be in until Monday. We were all supposed to have rooms on the same floor and Perez told me that we had to stay on a different floor because they didn't have any rooms left that were clean however, then gave a room as we requested to another couple that was in our party and supposed to be on another floor. Bottom line her attitude was terrible and it seemed to be a theme with the entire staff! I would much rather spend my money at a place where they appreciate the customer. There are many hotels in the area, I would recommend trying them instead!

During a four night stay, our room was not visited by housekeeping twice. We had our do not disturb sign out in the morning, but left the hotel no later than 10:30 on any of the days (at which time we removed the sign). So clearly the housekeepers had noted the sign but never went back to check again before leaving for the day. This mistake is understandable once, but inexcusable a second time.
