When we checked in we were helped by the Manager and she acted like she was in a rush to get us through and wasn't friendly at all. We had to ask about our Prrority roll and she quickly gave us our key and turned and walked away. We went to out room and it was not what we wanted so called to the front desk to change rooms and were told we had to come back down to get pricing on a different room. When we went back down the girl at the front desk was friendly and helped us upgrade to a different room and I mentioned about the last girl being rude and she said that it was the Manager. The Manager to find out was in a rush because she was going on break. She was in a hurry to get us checked in so she could take a break. We have stayed at this Motel many times and have never been treated this poorly. I suggest that since they have raised the price alot that they better improve their customer service.
