We stay here often. Rooms are clean and spacious. All staff from front desk to breakfast room to housekeeping is wonderful, friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is great. Gets us ready for our day.

Our experience was great.
After being on the road for two long days of traveling from Portland, Oregon, it was our delight to "walk in" and secure a fresh, bright room for a restful evening/night. Great morning breakfast served. Staff was helpful and friendly. Swim pool was heated and refreshing. We have had great hospitality at each Holiday Express Inn on this vacation. Will use them again.

I have the appropriate cards for receiving discounts . I've stayed multiple times in the last month. The price I was quoted was higher than my last 4 stays, I complained; but Leo said that was the best price available. I see the ads reflect a lower price than I was charged. Not good for repeat business! I'll check elsewhere next time, I'm in the area, sorry.

Staff were awesome but the laundry sucked. It took over two hours in the dryer and the clothing was still soaking wet. Breakfast was the same each morning. Very poor say the least.

I was in the area on business. I found the desk very comfortable. Nice TV and bed. The property was well taken care of and the pool and whirlpool were clean and up-to-date. Restaurant/bar within walking distance.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Magic Mountain. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice and they even had a wine opener that they gave me to keep when I couldn't find mine.

I recently stayed at the Valencia location across from Six Flags during a business trip. Since I have never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express I was amazed at how large and nice my room was. The fridge and microwave were prefect since I had brought most my meals from home. Breakfast was great and very satisfying. The staff was very polite on my arrival and gave me popcorn and water to take to my room. I will now always try and stay at a Holiday Inn Express when traveling.

The beds were comfy, the micro and fridge in the room were good, the breakfast selection was excellent, adn the pool / hot tub felt great! Our negative was that the heater would not turn off in our room. We ended up opening a window to balance out the heat. After the first night, a technician came in and fixed it...but the problem continued the second night. We opened up the window again. While we enjoy the fresh air, our window faced the freeway so it was noisy.
The manager offered to compensate us for this inconvenience when we checked out, but since we had booked early to get the good rate, there wasn't anything he could do for us since it is not a normal area for us to visit.

The hotel was clean, friendly and the staff was excellent. Great check in experience with free upgrades. The breakfast bar was great and I loved the new cheese omelettes.

This stay was my third time with Holiday Inn Express. The staff is really great- friendly, courteous and they do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. The type of guests who stay here are also great. I've never had a noisy guest above, below, or next to my hotel room. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would refer all my family and friends here, too.

Major parking problem, the hotel shares parking with an all night restaurant which makes parking hard at night. Hotel staff has no clue what priority club status is, even after I mentioned it to them, that includes front office manager, total ignorance.

This was only our second time staying at a Holiday Inn Express and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable by our standards and the full complimentary breakfasts were great and a big sayings! Look forward to many more stays.

My wife and I have stayed at other hotels in the area. We decided to give the Holiday Inn an opportunity to serve us. We were so happy we did. Everything was excellent and we will stay there again. We travel to the area about every 3 months and this place will be our new destination location.

The stay was comfortable and quiet. The hotel was very convenient to Magic Mountain (our reason for staying there). Breakfast was very good. We only wish you would serve hash browns or fried potatoes of some sort.

I stayed here for 5 nights with my son. we were in town for business. the staff were impeccable. Very helpful, doing little extras and not expecting tips or payment. We had a king bed room which gave us more space in the room. The kitchenettes are awesome. Having a fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facitilites were great. One great thing about the hotel is that the rooms are very quiet. we hardly heard any noise outside the room at all. very good sleeps. very happy, thank you

I love HI Express for the excellent service, cleanliness, toiletries, and similarities within the chain. This particular HI Express had a particularly wonderful breakfast selection. The proximity to six flags also cannot be beat. As far as the room itself, the walls were a bit thin, especially given the hotel's proximity to six flags and high incidence of loud children. If the walls were a bit thicker, 5/5.
