Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by enjoyable weekend We stayed in Valparaiso while traveling to visit relatives. We appreciated being allowed in our room early upon arrival. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We noticed a problem with our refrigerator and within minutes of calling the front desk the maintenance man was at our door and repaired the problem. The stay was pleasant, the pool and hot tub was nice. The reason I rated service low is because the hotel actually ran out of clean towels (we had no towels in the pool area and was short a set of towels in our room). The front desk man was very apologetic and explained that he was not permitted to do laundry. I think there should be a person available for call in when such things occur. They were able to replenish our towel supply early the next morning. February 26, 2015

Little things like coffee available after the breakfast hours, refrigerator and and microwave standard, and cookies in the lobby in the evenings. Rewards club members are acknowledged above and beyond, with the little things that make a stay memorable. Late check-outs are never a problem. February 25, 2015
