One part I wanted to point out is the friendliness of the staff at breakfast. They were attentive and made a point of checking whether we needed anything.

During my most recent stay, I found the picture to be very grainy, and the channel designated for TBS did not work. Once I've finished working for the day, watching TV is what I like to do, so this was a bit of a disappointment.
Other than that, the hotel staff was very nice and helpful; the room was clean; and the bed was fairly comfortable.

While a newer property, this is the worst managed HI Express this gold member has ever stayed at. Some highlights:
1. Property was full while during my weekend stay. Full occupancy over a weekend with leisure travels equals high demand for breakfast. Besides not having nearly enough tables, they constantly ran out of items. My favorite was the pancakes. One employee told me they did not have any batter and the other employee told me that the machine was broke. After complaining to the manager, a bag of fresh batter magically appeared and was placed in the broken machine that suddenly began to operate without issue.
2. I had the Do not Disturb sign on my door and at 12:30 a letter was slipped under my door stating that the room would not be cleaned. After I went to the front desk this issue was resolved.
3. Indoor pool was extremely cold. While the hot tub was great the first night, it was luke warm at best the following day.
4. While I rarely request late check-out as a gold member, be careful doing so here as rude lobby employees will make you feel like dirt for asking.

Have stayed at this particular hotel several times and have rarely had any issues. I plan on staying at this hotel as well as other HIE in the future.
