I finally asked if she would give me the direct number, which she did. From the first moment I talked to an on-site person, I knew this would be a perfect stay ... and it was! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lucky find. Traveling east with the intentions of staying in Ft Smith we spotted the sign on the Interstate for this hotel. When checking in we were were informed that this was Van Buren. I'm very glad that we happened upon this hotel and planned our return cross country so that we were able to stay here again. Both visits were excellant and I will stay there again in the future. November 29, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel, staff was underwhelming Decor is great, new. I was not greeted as a Platinum member, not given 500 check in points or snack. The breakfast staff had about half of the breakfast items stocked up at all times. Several items were empty and there must have been only 10 people eating each day I was there. Disappointed for a stay that we paid for with cash, not points. November 28, 2014
