Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by over-charged my credit card I booked the room online. I had a confirmation for the amount I agreed to upon purchase. The hotel pre-billed my credit card and overcharged by 50%. I called to explain and they said they had my confirmation for the higher price. I had to fax in my confirmation before they would credit my account. Very frustrating! Check you statements if you travel for business. May 27, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay! The facility, room, bath (important to me) and bed were all top notch. Breakfast food was actually quite fresh and tasty. Since this Hotel is in a DRY COUNTY, the front desk staff was able to give us directions to a Ft. Smith liquor store which made our stay all the more enjoyable. A nearby Steakhouse is excellent for dinner. We would stay here again. May 26, 2014

Nice friendly staff except the lady working in the breakfast area that kept telling the guests how tired she was. Breakfast was really bad every morning. Myself and three other co-workers stayed here for a week. I usually can tolerate hotel food but not this one. The eggs were bad every morning. On the morning that that they served bacon it was so dry it was almost like leather. Thank the Lord for cereal because that's what we ate each morning. April 13, 2014

I was very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, TV channel selections and how quiet the room was. The staff was very friendly and professional. We always ask for a top floor when we make a reservation and this one delivered. Our priority room folder was already made out for the 3rd floor when we arrived, but the gentleman at the front desk switched us to the top floor. Our room had been newly remodeled and was VERY comfortable. The bed and pillows were "just like home" - such a relief when you've been on the road for a month. #The remodel plumber wasn't too smart in his placement of the bathroom faucet - way too far back for the water to flow properly, but the rest of the room was wonderful.# We didn't get recognized #as such# for being a priority club member and didn't get a bottle of water or choice of any treat - but the room was nice and the staff friendly. Breakfast gal was very accommodating. There were lots of "tall" basketball guys staying the same night as we did - great manners and fun to be around. April 4, 2014

I was traveling for business on my way to Nashville last week the first week of March and due to the weather which had the roads backed up for 20 miles in Arkansas i called the hotel and they really took care of me we had a reservation but we finally made it in the hotel at 2 am in the morning the lady at the front desk was amazing !!! And also on the way back from the conference stayed at the same hotel 3 days later and once again was treated with first class attention.
