Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Check your bill! We made a reservation on one credit card and switched the billing to a second credit card, with the general manager (front desk). Was billed twice. When called, the GM stated he would look into it. It has been more than 24 hrs with no response or correction. Attempted to call again this morning and the phone rang forever with no one answering. Now I need to spend my vacation fixing this problem. February 5, 2016

Breakfast was well stocked and one of the best offered by HIX. The fitness center needs to be working and have upgraded equipment. Request additional points for the inconvenience. January 25, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by WORST EVER STAY AT A HOLIDAY INN. WORST I am a road warrior. I rack up the points. This is by far the worst Holiday inn experience. Management didn't care that my room A/C was inop as evident by their Lazze Fare attitude and lies about "we are going to repair". Three nights without air made for a stuffy room and impossible to sleep comfortable. Breakfast was over cooked something with an attempt at making it look like scrambled eggs. Ran out of tops for coffee...pancake machine was always breaking; place reminded me more of a flop house. Finally had enough of poor service and attitudes not to mention hot stuffy three nights in a so so flop house room to let. Give me back my money and top it off with a " we are very and honestly sorry about your experience and please accept this substantial points bonus as our sincere apologies for such a bad experience ".
