This is the sickest hotel I've ever stayed at. I work out of town a lot, and this place is the best so far. The rooms with the huge balcony, and the ones with the big tubs are awesome. They even have refrigerators and microwaves. And they are so close to an awesome beach with huge star fish in the rocks. If you ever go to Ventura stay at the Holiday day inn next to the Harbor.

Nice Hotel for a relaxed stay and getting out to the nice Harbour village area. Friendly , helpfull people and clean rooms.

If you enjoy a marina setting without paying an excessive rate, this hotel is for you. We were "wowed" by the view and all of the paved walkways around the area. Although the hotel is aging, it is very well maintained. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Priority Club members are made to feel appreciated. The breakfast selections were good, and generous.
On the downside, heater was a little noisy which turned out ok because the walls were not very sound-proof! Tap water isn't the best but the hotel has bottled water available.

This hotel is the poorest we have stayed in on our trip across country! It is in need of a total make over. And they charge 10.00 to use their parking lot!

the rooms are prety nice. There are a few tings I would like to see. Quieter air conditioners. the ones you have are old and make alot of noise. Lighting is not bright enough. At least for me. Finally breakfast. A fuit bar would be nice and why is there only bacon or sausage paty. Same thing every other day.
Othere than that it's good. Staff is alway very nice.

If you want a rooms with beautiful views and comfort this is it. Get harbor view room and you will be in for a treat. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Hotel is close to harbor village and pier. Access to gym, tennis courts, and bike rentals.
