Very friendly and accommondating at the front desk, enjoyed the cookies, took our discount coupons happily, gave us directions and suggestions to local restaurants.They asked if we required anything more during our stay, like a wake up call or any additional help for our checkout, very friendly that way. The only thing negative at all was they approached our room three times by 9 am to see if we were gone to apparently clean our room. We were just traveling through and were very close to our final destination, so we were not rushing in the morning. We checked out around 9:30 am. All in all a very good experience ! May 16, 2016

Front staff was nice and courteous, room was ok, clean and tidy. Breakfast was fine. Nothing fancy or special but a good value. May 10, 2016

We have visited many Holiday Inn Express as a travel awards member and find the location to be a step above some of the others. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by staff makes the difference An aging facility, well-maintained, in an out of the way location, but convenient to the interstate entrance and exit.. The staff was most pleasant and helpful. Room and bathroom were sparkling clean, shower had great force and plenty of hot water. There was a free breakfast downstairs that my husband said looked good, better than the average fare, but we had other plans for the day so did not sample it. April 21, 2016
