Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Absolutely Perfect!!! This hotel was one of the best we've stayed at in a while.. Although there was no breakfast left when we went down an hour before the end of serving time, everything else was GREAT!! The room was beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable.. The lady at the front desk was very helpful with directions and information about different things around town.. The location was also good because it was easily accessible and had several restaurants and stores very close. We will definitely be staying here again next time. May 5, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay Drove in from San Antonio after a bad hotel experience there. Welcomed by a very pleasant lady at the front desk who truly seemed interested in my stay. She simply handed me a bottled water which set a nice tone and she was knowledgeable of restaurants. The room was super clean and comfortable. My dog traveling companions were seemingly welcomed which is always a relief. Will return for sure! April 30, 2013

I just wanted to thank the young man on duty for all of his help getting our luggage loaded and helping with the wheelchair. I took her to Kell West Hospital in W.F. and they found she had a bad bladder infection and a blood clot that had moved to her lungs. Again THANKS FOR THE WONDERFUL HELP AND SERVICE April 27, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Dog friendly made the difference in getting our business. We'll be back! We frequently travel across north Texas with our "little girl". She is much better behaved than the young primates (humans) her age that were running through the halls! An hotel which welcomes pets is always on our search list. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. We'll be back! March 22, 2013

We travel from NM to the East Coast usually 2 to 3 times a year and feel that this HIE is one of the best we have ever stayed at. February 13, 2013
