This Holiday Inn Express should be a model for the chain-- it is consistently excellent, clean, and the staff are very friendly. Good location in Vernon as well.

This was a very pleasant stay. The Inn was attractive and clean. The best part of the stay was the willingness of the staff to help in any way. They were very professional and made us feel most welcome.

Our check in was quick and friendly. The Hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Our room was cool when we checked in, which is unusual in most Hotels. We had plenty of towels soap etc. Beds were very comfortable and smelled good. Room was large. we had plenty of room for luggage and computers. We would definitely stay at Vernon Holiday Inn Express Again.

The staff and ownership at this Holiday Inn is great. They are friendly and responsive to any needs you may have. I stay at this Holiday Inn often on bussiness trips to Vernon, Texas and they treat me like family. Also, the hotel is clean and well managed.

Easy Interstate Exit....and very clean, fresh and new. The staff will greet you with smiles. Location is key with this Holiday Inn Express.... close to the Interstate ( no noise), and there's even a Walmart near by for gas and snacks! I would highly recommend this hotel to any and all....Enjoy!

After driving for 7 hours I was having back pain - I'd ruptured a couple of discs a few years ago and the drive was making them and the surrounding muscles act up and spasm. I have IHG Platinum status but I was paying for the stay with IHG Rewards points. Nathan at the front desk upgraded me to a jacuzzi suite which was just (actually better) than the doctor ordered. The spa quieted my back, I slept well and was able to continue my trip the next morning without back pain.
