Excellent Breakfast options, could use better TV channel options somewhat limited, slept good and no outside noise (and I faced the highway) all staff members I met had a smile and a greeting each time I met them in hall, etc., I will usually stay at Holiday Inn because it gives me a comfort zone I do not get at other motels, and provides very good to excellent facilities. Overall, very good and will go there every time I am in that town. November 5, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent choice!! My wife and i were in Vernon for the BBQ Festival and chose the Holiday Inn Express because of the pool and spa. This turned out to be a excellent choice. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by the desk clerk, checked in and made to feel comfortable. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and had a excellent choice of food and drinks. We had a wonderful breakfast before packing up and checking out. Check out, like everything else, was a breeze. I would recommend this Holiday Inn Express to any one looking for a place to stay in this area!!!! October 22, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by I wish you a better stay than I had Extremely disappointed by staff, not recommended at all !! Furthermore, Housekeeping staff do not speak English. I was given a 1pm checkout time and they started knocking on my door at 9am on a Sunday. When I would tell them I was sleeping they would reply “sorry”. When I spoke with them later they did not speak English other than ‘sorry’. Housekeeping lady wore a nametag that said something similar to Florentina but stated her name was Maria. When I tried to discuss this with the front desk staff on Sunday she ignored me while I was trying to covey my concerns, stating she was busy reconciling credit card transactions. I do have additional concerns but feel it would be defamatory to post it here. October 15, 2014
