Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Too Frequent of a traveler. The staff is amazingly friendly and professional. If there is a draw back, it's that they don't have suites. But, then again, they never have had them. The breakfast is typical Holiday Inn Express, but that is not their fault. It's about time for HIX to change the choices. A real surprise in this HIX was the internet was reasonably fast. I have not had similar experience in others. If you're in Vera Beach on business or just passing through on I-95, it is a good value, clean and secure. If you are looking for a great steak, visit the 14th Street Steakhouse. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Internet I had alot of work to accomplish in my 2 days while staying there. Your hotel offers "Free Hi-Speed" internet....I found nothing hi-speed about it....when asked the front desk about my issue, I was told that they know its a problem and hopefully they'll upgrade their wi-fi in the future.... Had I known that prior to coming there, I definitely would NOT have stayed at this property ! March 27, 2013
