Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice, Quiet and Comfortable I was in town to visit friends for a couple of days, and because I am a consummate visitor at Holiday Inn Express Hotels, it was a natural choice for me to stay here. I was greeted very quickly and promptly, kindly and efficiently. The desk clerk described all the details to me, directed me to the elevator, and off I went. She also acknowledged that I am a Gold Priority Club Member. Breakfast was well cooked. Perfectly. I enjoy the fact that Holiday Inn Express has protein choices on the breakfast buffet. This is one of the primary reasons I stay at Holiday Inn so frequently when I travel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in the Vero Beach area. It is quiet, convenient, comfortable, and great place to stop off for a while. March 3, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by disappointing We had stayed there several times past years. It was not a good stay at all. The internet connection was unbelievably slow all through our stay, that we had never felt it before. Our sister stay at same time, too, she tried to print her boarding pass in the lobby, it took her 17 minutes to print 1 page, she had to refresh the page 3 times. There were 3 people waiting in line, she felt so bad and said she would never stay there again. For some reason coffee did not taste right. It was very weak like hot water. We always prefer to choose it because we always had a good feeling every time we stayed. Not this time. The timing could be very bad, too. The other hotel guests were very noisy, and we had to wear ear plugs when we slept. Hard to say we want go back again. March 1, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Entrance extremely difficult to find Most difficult Holiday Inn entrance to find to I have ever experienced. After getting off I-95 there is no sign to indicate that the entrance is through the road to the Vero Beach Outlets. Realizing I had gone too far west and with the setting sun in my eyes, I turned around. Never thinking that the hotel entrance did not come directly off Rte. 60, I again went past the entrance to the outlets and wound up back on I-95. The next exit was 10 miles south. Therefore, I wound up going 20 miles extra. After going into the outlets entrance, there was no sign indicating that the access to the hotel was the first left which I only found after driving around the outlets. There ABSOLUTELY NEEDS to be better signage. Once I finally found the hotel, everything was excellent. The only thing that would make it more comfortable would be a club chair in the room, as we had in Cocoa Beach, Saratoga Springs, and the Holiday Inn near Catskill, NY February 14, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by First Floor Handicapped Rooms Booked two rooms for travelling with my Mom, who needs a handicapped room with bath facilities with a step-in shower. None available on the first floor with a shower seat. (?) How is a wheel-chair bound person going to get into a tub? My room had issues with the heat-air conditioning unit. Management and maintenance staff very helpful, moved me to another room. Overall experience here mixed but they need to get their act together with a handicapped facility on the first floor. The hotel seemed to be full most of the time and I did not hear other tv's, water running, people walking above you, etc. Very sound proof. Was a little worried about being on the first floor, but turned out to be very quiet unlike othe holiday inn expresses I've stayed at. February 4, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 staff/room/service= excellent! breakfast = so - so I stay there once a week for work and the staff are very accomodating. I would ask for a better selection at the free breakfast, like grits or oatmeal. And maybe the eggs could be offered with cheddar or swiss instead of american cheese. But, it's free so I'm not complaining! Bottom line, the staff is great, the location is perfect for my work and the place is clean and comfortable so I plan to continue spending my weekly work visits there. Thanks! November 24, 2012

I am staying at the intercontinental in Chicago , one of your family of hotels and would actually prefer the Holiday innn Express on 95 in Vero Bch Fl I will look forward to my next trip there.
