Didn't have my club card or my number and the receptionist was more than helpful, she researched and got my info and my points. Very friendly and didn't act as if this nuisance to do.

Bed linens were not changed, smelled of human sweat. Pillows and linens need replacing. Carpet had stains. Breakfast variety poor.

Front desk staff lack professionalism. He kept calling me buddy. Answered two calls while I was waiting to have key card reactivated, Revealed my first and last name and room number in front of other customers, Nice guy otherwise
