I'm writing this just to give recognition to Laura who was working the front desk on the night of my recent stay. After I was settled in my room in the evening and wanting to watch a game, I went through my TV stations and they were all different from what the guide said. Some stations I didn't have at all and some I had multiple of the same.
I called down to the front desk. Laura said it has happened before and the cable company has to come reprogram. She offered me a new room but before she did she went up and checked the TV in a free room to make sure the stations were correct. She called my room after she confirmed this. At first I didn't feel like moving, I was already settled in. But I really wanted to watch a football game. She came up to my room to give me the new key and take the old one and she offered to help me carry my things down the hall to my new room. She went above and beyond what you find these days. I got to watch my game and was happy with my room. You have great people working for you.

This hotel is fairly new, so is very clean and furnishings are in excellent condition. The very nice young man at the desk located us in a very quiet room. Using the side door was somewhat inconvenient. While it was very close to the elevator, the luggage carts were at the main entrance, so more than one trip was needed to carry all our bags to the room, then back to the car when leaving. Perhaps the regulations in NY do not require it, but I did miss having an exhaust fan in the bathroom! The breakfast bar was sufficiently stocked by a very nice lady, but having stayed the previous 3 nights in other Holiday Inn Express hotels, a change in menu would have been nice. We were only there for a quick night's rest and breakfast and were pleased with the service we received. While I did show the desk clerk my Rewards Card, no mention was made of my membership.

My son and I were in Vestal to visit SUNY Binghamton. The hotel was located close to the university, restaurants, shopping and a movie theater. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Recommend having travel shower cap in bathroom. Extremely fast check in. Hotel lobby and room extremely clean. Very comfortable. Will definitely return.

I've stayed at this establishment 4 times now, it's a stop for me on my trips from Long Island to Buffalo. The rooms are always kept very well, the staff is very attentive, and the Breakfast Buffet is great and ends up saving us a lot of money. You might save a few bucks at a cheaper place but in the end its not worth it. My 2 year old twins love running around in the large rooms and the staff always gets me what I need for them. I'd highly recommend staying here.

The check-in staff person was extremely courteous and helpful. The room was great and I had enough towels!! i would recommend this for everyone. The exercise room was also clean and well maintained. There was a variety of equipment available.
