We stay at this HIE at least twice a year & have for 3 years now - and have never been disappointed. The staff is always polite, helpful, friendly - the rooms are always clean - and the breakfast buffet is always plentiful & fresh. It's wonderful knowing we can depend on this location to be a great place to stay, time after time!

This hotel was an excellent choice for me. i was working outside of Rochester, so this location allowed me to stay out of the main city traffic. The hotel staff were friendly. The hotel layout was good, all rooms are only a short walk from the lobby. The room was very nice, i have stayed at several other HIE's where you could tell the hotel just wasn't as good of quality. This is one i would recommend, and will stay again when business returns me to the area.

Our room was way down the hallway; if you stay, ask for a room nearer to the front of the property! The maid staff was very nice and friendly; I have to say, not ONE person at the front desk ever looked up at us when we would come in/out. It would be nice to be greeted when you walk in; we stay at MANY Holiday Inn Express locations and that is the first time we have not been greeted during our whole stay! At the end of our stay, i decided to say goodbye first, and then the gentleman responded, but really, they should be the ones who greet you coming and going. It would be nice! It was a clean place, breakfasts were good; but other than breakfast, the door to the eating location would always be closed so I did not feel like I could go in and get a cup of coffee to go (as opposed to making it in our room) as I have done in other Holiday Inn Expresses. Didn't even try to see if the door was open, it just wasn't "inviting"!
I would not stay at this specific location again. Maids were the friendliest there!

Thank you for the service. We had a long drive that day and we were able to relax and have a nice breakfast the following day. We had some car concerns and the chev. Dealer in Victor was very good to work with. It was a positive experience. Thank you!!!

This is a very nice hotel. The staff was super, the room was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast, one of the best I have had at a hotel in a long time. The pool was warm and clean and the hot tub was hot as it should be. This will be my choice when staying in this area. Thank you!.

This is our favorite place to stay---anywhere! These people are super in every way: friendly, helpful, accommodating, and go out of their way many times to "be nice!" The facilities are excellent and clean. The pool is the drawing card for amenities. Recommend this stay to anyone. Say "Hi" to Jesse, Bob and Mark, particularly!

The hotel is located near a number of things & all the main roads. The room was very spacious & the staff was quite nice.

The spa was amazing. Friendly service, great bed and wifi. Good breakfast with lots of choices. There was not a fridge in the room, but everything else was great!
