Good customer service. Clean lobby areas. Breakfast food was a good variety. Hot food is your average continental breakfast. I doubt any of it was cooked that morning; most likely microwavable. Overall great experience with staff. Room was very clean. Internet worked great.

The hotel grounds were very clean, the rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The staff during check-in, check out and during breakfast were helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

The hotel met all my expectations, including the clean and well kept facility overall and the room specific. The exterior was generally in good repair however, smokers were sitting immediately outside the front entrance and one had to walk through the smoke to get into the hotel. Suggest relocating the smoking area away from the front door (my only complaint). Have stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions and highly recommend it. Probably the best value in Vincennes.

Great choices on breakfast bar. Nice clean hotel. Wish that there were better accommodations for a family of five. (Sleeping three teenage kids in a queen bed means that one will always fall out.) Kids would have been happier if the pool would have had longer hours.

The room and hotel were nice the breakfast was ok. When I call about why the price was more then when i booked the room the person was rude and uncaring. I feel you are trapping people by booking at one price and then changing it at checkout. That is not honest.
