Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by It was O.K. The room was comfortable and typical of a mid level hotel. The staff was nice, but they probably needed an additional person at the front desk. I would check the dust on the supplies before using them, other than that is was comfortable. The hot and cold breakfast items were good. The heated pool was small but fun for the kids, especially since they were able to swim on one of the coldest days of the year. March 3, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Thankful to Have Found This Hotel During A Storm Was stuck in Waldorf during the winter storm on Feb 21, 2015. Was traveling with a friend and 2 dogs. We tried a competitors hotel first and I would have rather slept in the car. 5 out of 6 mattresses showed what appeared to be blood stains. Due to the dogs, we tried the HIE next and was very pleased and thankful to have found it, so was my traveling companion! I would most assuredly recommend HIE to other travelers in the future. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Easy check in and great breakfast bar We were able to park in front and check in was very quick and easy. In the morning my granddaughter and me went to breakfast bar and had a snack and watch a little tv. one Disney show was on for her and the news was on another tv for me. Later we went down with the rest of the family and ate breakfast. Very clean and well stocked. Attendent was very helpful. February 20, 2015

I was greatly impressed with her effort to assist me in solving my problem. Room was nice, pillows comfortable (they had two marked soft and two marked hard), wireless internet worked, good channel choices, and morning breakfast was great. I have no problem recommending this hotel and would definitely stay again if in the area for business or pleasure. Once again, I was real impressed with the caring and professionalism of the staff.
