Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel in General My hotel experience was absolutely wonderful! The staff was helpful and courteous and the hotel was exceptionally clean. I had mde a special request at the time of my reservations and the request was honored without any problems. My hat goes off to all the staff, especially the maid service, they work very hard and the entire hotel was VERY clean and always smelled fresh! Will definitely stay again. October 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by meeting coordinator The rates were acceptable; the facility was excellent. the meeting are was extremely good and; and the space for meeting was sufficient. The service and the staff were excellent. Our group appear to enjoy the meeting,the facility, and ease of location. We did not experience any negativity; we,as a group expressed the need for a major food providing feature(area).Perhaps that will be in future plans. October 15, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, bad check in service no one at check in desk, they were in the office behind front desk talking. other than that it was very comfortable. The breakfast was cold and no one was in the breakfast area and the coffee wasn't hot enough the cinnamon rolls were hard and dry. Had to go down the street to finish my breakfast. They worked with us on a later check out time, brought breakfast out early so we could eat before our early morning ride. The room was really nice. It was a great experience! September 19, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by HIE Waller Rooms smell musty. Tried to change rooms but same problem different room. Also the common areas were very hot. Plan to prepare for my day at breakfast in the dining room hut was just to hot. Hope Mgmt will step up and make the adjustment. The staff was great and tried to accommodate. September 13, 2014
