My room was super clean and very relaxing. The smell of the bed and the pillows was great. Overall, I am happy and would come back anytime when I am in Houston.

I am a repeated guest to this hotel. There are so many good things to mention here: great breakfast, clean place, comfortable bed and very nice pool in the back of the hotel. Too bad, I had to leave after a day.

It was nice stay the pool could have been better..my husband and my kids got flea bites due to someone letting there dog into the pool..we were very disappointed snd didn't get to enjoy it our stay as much as we would have wanted..

We enjoyed our stay and have been here twice and in the last 3 months. It is close to the location we visit in Prairie View as well as being close to the highway.

Every time I stay here, the staff makes me feel at home. The hotel is kept very clean, my family and I always like to stay here when we are in Houston (instead of staying in other hotels in Houston). The price is also very affordable. I thank the staff and the management very much.

I am very happy with the comfort of the room and the place is very quiet. I needed a nice quiet and comfortable room, I found it. The breakfast was great as well.

After staying at another Holiday Inn Express in Childress, Texas which was a pleasant experience, we were very disappointed in this one, which received mostly good reviews when I checked. I should have paid attention to the one review which complained about a moldy smell, because we had the same experience in not one but two rooms. We were in town for a memorial service, having driven for two days straight to get to Waller, and had prepaid, or we would have moved to another hotel. In addition to the mold smell, they ran out of food for the breakfast buffet two days in a row; no one was monitoring the food and we had to hunt someone down to tell them the food was out. The fitness room was not maintained; no clean towels (the same dirty towels in the bin two days running) available and no way to clean off the equipment, which was in poor repair. Although the people at the front desk were pleasant, they did not seem equal to the task of running an adequate hotel.
