We stayed at this property with 3 rooms for 2 nights for a wedding in Waller. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good and convenient. The property seemed new. Very clean. The location worked well for us giving us a nice place to stay in a small town.

Having stayed in numerous Hotels all over the world this one certainly is in the top 5.
After travelling 30 hours from Armenia we were very grateful for the upgraded room to a suite, the staff were outstanding keep up the good work

Rooms were clean. Exercise equipment worked! The breakfast was good. The hotel was very quiet. I think there were very few guests.

Checked in and could not get upgraded yet I spend tens of thousands of dollars a year at your chain. I travel extensively. Could not get corporate rate even though I had a corporate credit card. I was told I needed a specific card to get corporate rate. Not sure what that is since I never have before. Girl at desk then would not give me first floor room because of a discounted rate that I was finally given. The girl could not do anything without a Manager, and there were none to be found. I have never had so many problems at any hotel. I am considering using another chain for my traveling needs. I specified I needed a microwave and refrigerator and was told I could only have one in an upgraded room...The last thing a person on the road wants to hear when they finally stop for the night is no, no, no to every comfort always available to them.

All of the staff were very pleasant, especially the manager/owner. Even though I was early for coffee one morning, the girl in the kitchen told me to wait just a minute and she would get a cup of coffee just for me. This hotel was much cleaner than one on the east coast that we stayed in two weeks earlier.

The room was clean, the staff was polite, and the maids always said hello. The hotel is close to several food chains, a local restaurant, and a CVS. Excellent location for my needs.
Only issue was the front desk...not one time during my stay was there a person at the desk. I understand they are probably working, but for security purposes, I like to see a person there at all times. First time I have ever encountered this issue. When I arrived I had to call on a phone to get a person to check me in and get my room assigned. Rewards benefit was a bottled water...less than most places, but still appreciated. It appears the "Rewards" program is an after thought here. Not a problem in my decision to stay there next time, just not typical of a lot of the hotels I stay with.
Otherwise, the stay was excellent.

This is a very clean and quiet place to stay even though it is about an hour drive to Houston during rush hour traffic. Better pricing and availability also justify the long drive.

The staff is very nice and professional. Check-in was fairly quick and they upgraded my room. The cost is average for a hotel of this type. The breakfast in the morning was good and I enjoyed getting a warm meal to start the day. The only two problems I had was the cleaning solution scent and lack of Rapid Express Checkout. The rooms and major areas are cleaned with something that leaves a very distinct scent that gave me a headache. The room was spotless and except for the scent I had no issues. If you are not sensitive to scents then it would be no big deal, for me it was exactly the opposite. If you are sensitive to smells it can be an issue. I would suggest something with a neutral scent to keep it pleasant for everyone. The lack of Rapid Express Checkout may also be no big deal to most but if you are in a rush it makes it a lot easier.

Outstanding hotel. Gracious staff. Excellent breakfast selections. Need to shield more light from coming through the drapes and shades. Outside lighting important for security, but there has to be a better way of reducing the amount of light that comes into the room after the drapes are drawn and the lights turned out. Otherwise, the hotel was worth the stay.

Rooms were up to date with clean, newer bedding and carpet. Bathroom was roomy and clean, shower worked nicely. Overall it was a pretty nice room, surprised it was so clean and well kept. Would stay here again if I was ever passing thru.

All was fine EXCEPT the bed, which had a waterproof mattress cover. The waterproof mattress cover was uncomfortable and made us sweat all night from our reflected body heat. Don't know if all the beds are like that -- maybe they gave us that room because we are old??

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. I was in a deep sleep and had an uncomfortable night after that. Phone also didn't work so I couldn't call the front desk. Food was very undercooked and tasted terrible. It was not worth the price I had to pay to stay there!
