Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not good value. This Holiday Inn is showing its age. It would have been fine if it had been only 10 or 15 thousand points. Not good value for 25 thousand points. Most Holiday Inns we stay at are far superior to this one. The staff however, is excellent. June 14, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful stay Wonderful staff! Drove up late in day on way to FL and was pleasantly surprised to find an available room. Lovely desk clerk offered cold water and the cookies were excellent! Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great! Nice selections and everything was fresh! The lovely woman manning the breakfast area never stopped cleaning or replenishing, she was a delight! My only complaint is breakfast should run until 10am to give us late sleepers a little more time but that is a minor thing! Great stay, especially considering it was a last minute, late day stop! All in all, not a bad value especially when you factor in the lovely breakfast! June 12, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean Quiet Room -- But Squeaky Bed and Noisy Refrigerator The bed was squeaky on the lower right side. If I rolled over to that side, it squeaked. I had to unplug the refrigerator because it made loud ticking sounds that wouldn't stop after 20 minutes. I do appreciate breakfast being included in the room charge. June 2, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not the Best While everything was ok with our 1 night stay I would not stop here again. The area is iffy. Parking is terrible! If you have anything bigger then an SUV do not even try to park here! No Pool! What a bummer for our daughter. I have never stay in a HIE without one. Even with our Military discount it was about $50 higher then anyone I have ever stayed at! We will continue staying @ HIE's but not this one. On the plus they did have extra towels waiting in our room for us. May 27, 2013

This hotel is a very freindly place to stay for short term or long. It a home away from home because the staff acts like family...Will i encourage my family and others to stay here (yes). Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great rooms and wonderful service This Holiday Inn Express was a welcome surprise, great rooms--comfortable and relaxing. The staff was wonderful with lots of little extras to make us feel at home. Complementary bottles of water when we checked in, cookies at the front desk. The free breakfast had eggs, sausage, biscuits, breads, cereals, bananas, yogurt, etc...it was a convenient way to start the day. Highly recommend!! May 20, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A/c and bathroom sink We have stayed at this facility many times. However, we were disappointed this trip as the bathroom sink would not drain properly. When we removed the stopper, we found it to be clogged with "gunk" indicating it was never maintained. Our a/c unit was also very loud either needing to be overhauled or replaced. Time for an audit check on maintenance! May 15, 2013
