My wife and I work on the road and spend 200+ nights in hotels in a year. We always try to stay at Holiday Inn because overall we get consistent clean rooms. We spent 3 nights at this hotel so we could take a few days off work and visit family in the area, the staff here was awesome! Everyone we encountered at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, the housekeeping staff were all very friendly and even the maintenance people we met were exceptionally friendly. We will go out of our way from now on to stay at this hotel when we get in the area.

The personnel were welcoming, friendly and efficient. The room was nice & clean, the bed comfortable. Bathroom clean. Breakfast was minimal. Scrambled eggs were good.

I drove from Florida to South Carolina for the Rice festival and the front desk person allowed me to check-in early. I really appreciated the service that was given. I am a manager myself at an IHG property and the level of service from the front desk even down to the room attendants was super. As I was on my way up the elevators the housekeeper started a conversation with me and I think that is a great quality to have throughout the staff. Keep up the great work. I do recommend you to stay here if you're ever in the Walterboro area.

This Holiday Inn Express is by far the cleanest, most well maintained and organized of all! Staff is knowledgable and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and wonderful. Wish they all could be like this one. I will purposely look for this one on our frequent trips down I-95.

We had stayed at this HIE in the past, and we liked it so well that we planned our driving time to be able to stay at it going to Florida, and coming home!!
Customer service is so nice, they are friendly.
The location is nice, and after driving in the car all day, to beable to walk across the street to a nice restaurant, (Cracker Barrel), it was nice to stretch our legs.
As with most HIE, the bedding smells so clean and fresh. I would love to know the soap, and bleach they use in the laundry to make the sheets smell so good.
Very relaxing room.

I would like to see home cooked oatmeal , fresh fruit , and skim milk or nonfat milk offered as part of the menu. You use to have it and it was the reason we used your motel.

Pro's: convenient location for our trek back north....We are always treated well at this hotel, and the staff does its best to accommodate our requests....doesn't hurt to have a Cracker Barrel across the road!
Con: Probably because it was a very busy day, our usual request for a quiet room away from the elevator was not honored. Albeit it was a very nice room, but it was directly across from the elevator.

Upon arriving at Holiday Inn Express, Walterboro, the front desk people were very friendly. The accomendations were very comfortable, and clean. The breakfast had a good selection, and fresh. Very nice.

I have been doing work in Walterboro for the last several months, and have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express here several times. This is a "new-condition" property, with clean shiny spaces, happy faces, and good food and drink for breakfast. There is a Cracker Barrel across the street, and a Ruby-Tuesday across the bridge, so everything you need is right at hand. Judging by the number of "snowbirds" I run into each night at dinner, this is a great overnight stop for those travelling up and down the east coast. You won' t be disappointed...

We stayed in multiple IGH motels on our first round trip from NH to FL and this was the best.
Well located with plenty of local spots to eat. Hotel was well kept, staff very pleasant, especially the nice lady who took car of the breakfast buffet

This is the facility I look forward to while riding between DC and Daytona. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. True Southern hospitality. The property is situated with excellent access ot I-95 with numerous dining facilities nearby. This is where I will stay when making this travel.

We have been coming here for the last 3 years. We find this hotel one of the best. Everythng is emaculate and clean. Comfort is a must for us and this hotel supplies it all. The breakfast is also excellent. We are very happy with this hotel and will continue to stay there again during our travels. We also introduced 2 friends to this hote and they loved it too. Thank you again for a very enjoyable stay.

Stayed in hotel for 2 evenings, once while going to Florida and another going back home after our trip. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast deserves an A+ rating, and employees were very friendly and helpful (all had smiles and a friendly greeting). Would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend hotel for future guests.

We decided to stay at this hotel on our way down to Florida. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Adam checked us into a very comfortable room. I have chemical sensitivites so finding a room that is good for me sometimes takes a little extra time. Adam was very patient and found a perfect room. My husband loved the cookies they offered at check-in. We liked it so much we decided to stay there on the way home also!
