Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice and clean hotel My family stayed a night here before a flight out of DTW the following day. The room was normal but nice and a great value for the amount of rewards points I had to use. Very friendly staff and recognized my Spire Elite status upon check-in. As for Breakfast, well it's just a normal bland pre-cooked breakfast like all other Holiday Inn's I've stayed in before. Nothing special but will do if you're hungry. September 1, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet, comfortable, great staff and service We were on the ground floor and fairly close to the main entry way to the rooms. It was totally quiet, even though the parking lot was full and there were many guests - families with young children, business people, seniors, even a hydrofoil boat racing team service group. The entire place was very civilized and relaxing which was reflected by the guests. - The breakfast food was extremely fresh, and there was a "real" variety of good and healthy food. - Next time we will be visiting our family in Warren, MI, we will definitely be back at this hotel. - Actually, our great-grand-daughter had recommended it. - We had a perfect stay! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by excellent overallservice The staff was very friendly and personable , the overall appearance of the facility from the outside had a very rich look to it. I also appreciated the fact that the doors automatically locked at 11 pm and you had no access unless you had a key. I like to feel safe wherever I lay my head. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Relaxing Experience I travel a lot on business, so I use hotels often when I need to spend the night or two for an early morning appointment. This was a trip that I had to be there for 7am & had to come from Toronto Canada the day before. One simple phone call & my room was booked & ready for me when I arrived. Reception was ready & my registration was completed in a few minutes. The room was more than I expected & I was very pleased with the immaculate condition of the room. The bed was very comfortable & I slept soundly until my morning wake up call. When I came down for breakfast & check out, I was quite delighted when the Night Manager told me to make sure I tried the fresh Cinnamon Buns. She was right on, they were delicious !!!
