Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hit it all! As a couple who frequently stay at Holiday Inns, this one was great. The staff were incredibly helpful, efficient and personable. The room was clean, updated and comfortable. It was the standard HIE breakfast but items were regularly refilled and served hot. Eating area was good size and kept very clean. Afternoon popcorn in the lobby; fun touch! Walking distance to several good restaurants. Definitely recommend. April 11, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Marginal Hotel The furniture in the room is dated and not comfortable at all. Springs need replacing in bed. There were long hairs in the shower....I have short hair! The night I stayed there the area experienced a significant snowfall. Despite that the front desk wanted me out by 11am and was very put out to extend my stay another hour. If they had my room taken for the ensuing evening it is doubtful that the person renting it would be able to get there. In order to get out of my parking space it took considerable effort as my car was plowed in. I will never stay in this hotel again March 3, 2013

In other hotels we have stayed in the lighting was bad. . This hotel has lots of lights. Great breakfast. Great service by all. We are looking forward to our stay in May. February 20, 2013

This hotel is consistent with customer service, cleanliness, shower quality, snacks and bed comfort. I've never had a bad experience. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a quality express hotel. January 15, 2013
