We have stayed at Holiday Inn Expresses for many years. This hotel was our first experience.... A very good experience. We were able to have our Chinese Crested Dog with us and we were welcomed year after year. This year there was not any little welcome baggie for Priority members, the lights in the bathroom were dull and needed replacement. We had to locate the person who tended to breakfast as no one was there.. It was a terrible situation when compared to previous years. The coffee was watered down..something that is enjoyed.
The staff was oblivious to the little complimentary package we always received and it was a special little touch. Again, it is sad that we were disappointed as we have recommended these hotels over and over again to family and friends. We will continue to stay at these hotels, but only if we cannot find a comparable one. I just loved all the Holiday Inn Expresses and again recommended them so highly. They have a reputation to uphold and it is up to the company to see they adhere to it.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Warrenton are the greatest. This hotel is my 2nd home and they take very, very, very, very good care of me.
Also, it's very nice to get lotion again!

Could not get online for large chunks of time. When I was able to get online, it was agonizingly slow. Made it very difficult to get work done in the room. The room and comfort rating reflects the Internet service.

I experienced poor internet service.
I only stay at places that have wireless service and selected the Holiday Inn Express for our stop over on our way home. We were looking forward to catching up on email and looking at some web based programs. We were very disappointed when the internet service had extreme low signal level and the speed was extremely slow. We had difficulty logging on and were put in contact with your vendor since the Inn staff had no clue as to what to do. The vendor got us on and I told him of my problem and he sort of ignored my situation.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Very Nice Stay Overall But.....
Overall we were very pleased with the stay at this location. The location is somewhat difficult to find and for someone with no map or GPS it would be very difficult. Signs marking to way are limited and small. Everything was pleasant except the beds which were hard as rocks. This seems to be a pattern as we stayed in 2 separate Holiday Inns during our vacation and both had very hard beds which made sleeping very difficult. The options for firm or soft pillows was nice but didn't offset the mattresses...horrible!!!! The breakfast at this location is wonderful with many choices. I suggest that a very nice gratuity box of some sort be available to offer a tip to the worker over the breakfast. She did an awesome job and the food was great. I personnally gave her a tip. Nice hotel!!

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel once a year for the last five years. We are greeted with a smile and they always know who we are. They even give us the same room we request each year. Recently we booked several rooms for a wedding, for several days and everyone was happy. We won't stay anywhere else!

You placed me and other guests right by or underneath a family with kids who were playing and jumping off the beds. My room was changed and so was another gentleman's. I think the staff should have figured out the situation and placed the noisy family in a a corner room on the ground floor.
