The staff at this hotel were very accommodating and really helped me out. They are a credit to the IHG group.

We stayed one night prior to a very early flight (6AM). We were able to email the hotel and they met us with the shuttle at the airport to pick us up which was very appreciated. Shuttle driver was nice and friendly. About a 5 minute drive to the airport. The room was relatively spacious and nice. Bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water. Clean and well appointed.
The hotel is isolated however, placed among what looks like office buildings and warehouses. We didn't visually see any restaurants outside or around the hotel. They do have food at the hotel but the menu choice is a little limited. That said, the food is basic but good and the beer was cold. As others have said if you want more than the basic food they have there eat before you get there or be prepared to take a taxi into town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed the shuttle at 4:30 to get there for a 6AM flight and they were willing to accomodate us. We were on the 4th floor and wireless service was spotty up there. I believe we were likely only one of about 4-5 guests in the hotel. Interestingly the night desk person was our waiter as well and the shuttle driver was the busboy. But the staff were very plesant.

It a nice and comfy new hotel, a good choice for convenient stay in WAW.
Staff is boring, while paying they did not ask which currency to charge and ave charged in EUR despite my booking clear selection of price in PLN. All at x-change rate which is far from market.
Also this great benefit of banking freedom and careless staff in EUROPE.

This hotel is brand new and very nice. They have a free shuttle to the airport which is wonderful, especially if you have an early flight. The only thing lacking is a restaturant. They serve food in the bar, but it is very slim pickings. It isn't close to anything - so eat before you check in.

This is not on the airport but the shuttle is quick, regular and the drivers are excellent.

Great location, easy to deal with, Staff very friendly, shuttle bus was really easy and even picked up by the Manager Michal, brilliant to see the dedication of the staff and the teamwork there, would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Warsaw for personal or Business needs

Prons: - bus shuttle, brand new facilities, rooms really capacious
but the Staff ... brought me back bad memories from communism time of Poland. Terrible experience - cannot handle even the simplest requests.
Nothing special can be also said about restaurant (tried few meals) - the point is that there is no alternative close by...
Absolutely no recognition for Priority Club members - do they know that IHG has a special loyalty program?
My recommendation: avoid if you can - Holiday Inn Jozefow is much better alternative (if further distance from the city centre is not an issue).
