We booked the hotel because the advert said it was 4 minutes drive from the airport, and there was a free, regular shuttle bus to the airport. The room was great, but the bus was a bit misleading. We weren't told that the bus was only free for checking in, and checking out, so as we were there for a couple of nights we had to get taxis to the airport the rest of the time (onward transport from the airport to central Warsaw is straightforward). We found out the shuttle bus times for the day we were leaving, so decided to get the 9am bus to allow time for our flight. However, we weren't told that the bus had extremely limited space (7 seats), and you had to book it quite a bit in advance, so we couldn't get on, and had to get yet another taxi so we could get our flight on time. (The lady at the desk was quite defensive when she said we couldn't get the bus, and it sounded as if this happens quite frequently.) Also, on the timetable and at the desk they say it takes 7 minutes to drive to the airport, not the 4 minutes on the advert (this was also reflected in the price we had to pay for the three taxis we ended up getting). So it's a good room, but worked out quite expensive with all the taxis.

We had the pleasure to stay at the Holiday Inn Express while visiting Warsaw in early May. The staff at the Hotel were very professional and made us feel at home. We did not speak Polish and their English was excellent. They were so helpful and made our visit to Poland very pleasant and memorable. I would highly recommend staying there.

We stayed one night prior to a very early flight (6AM). We were able to email the hotel and they met us with the shuttle at the airport to pick us up which was very appreciated. Shuttle driver was nice and friendly. About a 5 minute drive to the airport. The room was relatively spacious and nice. Bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water. Clean and well appointed.
The hotel is isolated however, placed among what looks like office buildings and warehouses. We didn't visually see any restaurants outside or around the hotel. They do have food at the hotel but the menu choice is a little limited. That said, the food is basic but good and the beer was cold. As others have said if you want more than the basic food they have there eat before you get there or be prepared to take a taxi into town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed the shuttle at 4:30 to get there for a 6AM flight and they were willing to accomodate us. We were on the 4th floor and wireless service was spotty up there. I believe we were likely only one of about 4-5 guests in the hotel. Interestingly the night desk person was our waiter as well and the shuttle driver was the busboy. But the staff were very plesant.

It a nice and comfy new hotel, a good choice for convenient stay in WAW.
Staff is boring, while paying they did not ask which currency to charge and ave charged in EUR despite my booking clear selection of price in PLN. All at x-change rate which is far from market.
Also this great benefit of banking freedom and careless staff in EUROPE.

This hotel is brand new and very nice. They have a free shuttle to the airport which is wonderful, especially if you have an early flight. The only thing lacking is a restaturant. They serve food in the bar, but it is very slim pickings. It isn't close to anything - so eat before you check in.
