Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home from home As a regular guest at this location I am always made to feel welcomed when I arrive; the staff here are friendly and helpful. Whether the matters are hotel-related, advice on places of interest or local eateries, the response to queries is always a positive one. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the bathrooms well-maintained (though the pressure of the showers varies from room-to-room) - and at times I do crave a bath rather than a shower, but I know what I'm going to get so no quibble there. The location is great for road access and for the tourist destinations in Warwick or Stratford. I'd have no hesitation recommending this hotel to people visiting the area, for business or pleasure. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good stay but needs some changes We stayed here over a weekend having stayed before, this time was not soo good which was a shame. We requested the same room as before, when we arrived it seemed it was not ready for use, the reception checked and it was ready after all, having said that we felt there was a slight problem, as we didn't mention it to the staff don't feel we can complain here, nothing that stopped us using the room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The big issue for us was the breakfast, or lack of!! I require gluten free food which I informed them at time of booking, I was not informed there would be no cooked option for me, nor were we informed when we arrived and booked in, At breakfast I did have an option of cereal which was very nice, but there was no safe way of making toast (did the best I could but unfortunately I suffered from it, gthey did supply toast bags on the second day, but too late by then), and no cooked food for me, the choice for my husband was not pleasant (he words), so PLEASE go back to how it use to be. The lack of breakfast would be enough for me not to stay here again which would be a shame. May 14, 2015
