Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Really terrific service and very comfortable room. The staff members on duty when we checked in were particularly helpful, including making a GREAT recommendation for dinner. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was great. We will stay there again the next time we are in Providence. We have been having great success with Holiday Inn Express properties the past few months. They've become our "go to." November 16, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Worned down hotel & unfriendly hotel Everything about this hotel screams average except for its staff; the hotel is worned down but still ok, but I've had more difficulty with the staff her due to be unaware or uncaring. If it weren't that it was down the street from CVS, I wouldn't stay here at all. November 13, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Loved this hotel!!! I was not able to fly out of Providence for 2 nights because of Hurricane Sandy. I had a rental car and after I dropped it off, the hotel had a 24 hour shuttle service that picked me up. The room was one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in. Having the shuttle was awesome to have to be able to go out for lunch and dinner. The staff and amenities were great. The beds were comfortable and I rested well. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Place - but things don't work We stayed in the hotel recently and had a very mixed visit. The hotel is beautiful and the room was clean, comfortable and very nice. The problems were the 4:00AM wake-up call that we did not request, and an unfulfilling breakfast experience - where the juice and pancake machines were not working. I would think twice about staying there again. October 28, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding Service As a Business Jet Pilot, I travel a lot and I have to say that the reception desk service was second to none and to me ranks up there like Ritz Carleton material. I needed to print, and sign a contract and was able to do that quickly in the Business Centre. I then needed that contract scanned into a .PDF document so I could send it again electronically. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by columbus weekend visit our first impression of our room was a very dark stain on the carpet in front of the TV not enough towels in the bathroom; shower pressure very weak. the bed was comfortable staff was accommodating breakfast area very crowed and busy the first morning, less so the next day. not sure if we will make a return visit. We had booked five rooms for an extended stay due to a wedding and had several last minute changes. The front desk kept everything organized and it all went smoothly. The breakfast room was clean and well maintained. During the weekend when the hotel was booked to maximum, extra tables were set up in the breakfast room for bagels and muffins. Our daughter lives in Providence and the location of this hotel makes it ideal for when we visit her and our new son-in-law. October 11, 2012
