Couldn't have picked a better, more accessible hotel after driving (11) hours on the road. From the greeting at the front counter (I didn't have a reservation), to the help in finding a place to eat, to the breakfast in the morning; it was just an awesome experience. I would not only reccommend this place to anyone traveling from on US-35, but I would stay there again and again.

Hotel was acceptable but front desk person disinterested in job. She was not able to give directions to hotel on phone or advice on restaurants in area on arrival. Not a good representative of Holiday Inn hotel chain.

The entire staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome.
Staff at the Front Desk was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to finding a place to eat.

Without the long back story it had been a long and tough three days when I pulled in to HIE at Washington Court House. Not only had the days been long but the hotels from the two previous nights had been noisy and not too comfortable. I did not have a resvervation but Rhonda at the desk was cheerfully helpful. She even asked if I was a PC member and then offered me the PC perks. The room was great, fresh,clean and dead silent. I did not hear a single outside noise from the time I entered the room until the time I checked out. Breakfast was good and kept fresh by the attendant.
I spend a lot of nights at HIE but have to say this is probably the best overall experience I have ever had. If it had not been so exceptional across the board I certainly would not have expended this effort to praise the experience and the facility.

Decided at last minute to stop rather than risk going to sleep at the wheel. Even without a reservation, at 9:30 PM, got an excellent room and great shower. (they were out of the home baked cookies) Got my bottle of water and bag of micro popcorn to enjoy with a movie before I went to sleep.
Woke up later than I wanted but enjoyed the hot breakfast before leaving for home and work. (took two cinnamon rolls and a coffee to eat on the road).
Thanks for being there when it was needed!

My husband and I were both very impressed with the Holiday Inn Express Washington Court House. It is truly pet friendly. The staff we encountered were extremely pleasant and the room very clean. We would absolutely stay here again and would look into other Holiday Inn Express locations based on this recent experience.
