We enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with the room. The whole Hotel was very clean and orderly. The atmosphere was friendly. The Assistant Manager, gave us the utmost respect. She made me feel important to be there. Maybe it is not a rule of your company to tip the managers, but if I was rich or well-off I would have given her a big tip for the kindness she showed me and my family. The parking lot was well lit and plenty of spaces to park.
the room decor was stylishly up to date. I was surprised to find that where was a parking fee of $15.00 a day! I think that is a bit to high for that location. I don't remember paying to park at a Holiday Inn Express here in North Carolina, but I look forward to staying there again when I visit Washington, DC. Thank you.

Thomas' service in the breakfast room was wonderful. He consistently went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed. The other staff in the breakfast room were very good as well.
Monique checked us in and checked us out. She helped us out on the day before we checked out with getting our boarding passes. We really appreciated the help. When we checked in, she and the other person at the desk both welcomed us.
We also encountered 2 assistant mangers or managers. Toni made sure our bill was accurate which we appreciated. The other person, a gentleman, went out of his way when we checked out to thank us.
