New hotel - very clean, very comfortable. Good, but average, breakfast layout. Front desk staff at check-in (Sharon/Shari?? sp?) VERY helpful and VERY nice. Bad: I phoned the front desk direct to make, then change, my reservation. Ken PROMISED me two beds and event/block rate. Upon check-in - only King was available - which prompted Sharon to scramble to get us a room with two beds (thanks again). (Other family we were traveling with also booked double but wasn't so lucky at check-in, and at this point they were out of rollaways - 4 people and one king bed).
Receipt at checkout had overcharge. I was able to talk to Ken - all he had to say about room mixup was 'sorry' and wasn't going to change charge because block rate had sold out months ago. After back checking the reservation - he realized he had originally put in block rate. Here's an idea: Don't accuse your customers of lying until you have facts in front of you. Overall I recommend hotel as long as you don't have specific room request.

This was our first time staying at this Holiday Inn. We spent 2 nights. I had made our reservation for a room with 2 beds using our reward points. When we checked in and went to our room, we realized it was a suite with a King sized bed and living room area. I went back to the desk to question this. They told me it was the only room they had left and we could stay in the suite. They brought up two roll away beds for our 2 teen-aged kids. They were the best roll aways we have ever seen. They were twin beds on wheels which were very comfortable.
The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
