Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel I found the hotel wonderful. Clean and welcoming lobby. Staff greeted me and check-in was fast. Room was very nice, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast the next day was good, great coffee. I recommend this hotel and will stay there again when in town. January 13, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and Easy to Find This hotel was comfortable but we will not stay at this location again. We travel with children and the pool is always a highlight. This pool was not clean nor was the hot tub and the temperature of the hot tub was the same as the pool. Not enjoyable after a long day on the road. January 10, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing experience Stayed three nights; declined housekeeping the first morning, expected but didn't get service the second morning. Between 4:00 & 4:30 pm we called the front desk about it and felt our request was minimized as the staff person said we must have had the "do not disturb" notice on the door; we are positive we did not. She finally agreed to take care of the situation, we left the property & didn't return until after 8:30 pm. Still no housekeeping service. Went to the front desk & told the same staff person that the room still had not been serviced, requested towels so we could have them for showers before our early morning departure. She insisted repeatedly that someone had already come from our room & gotten towels. Only with persistence did she finally agree to bring us towels. The bathroom baseboard was missing tiles, and a floor tile was loose, protruding above floor level, and there was a problem with water from the shower ending up in the floor. In the past, we have found this a good place to stay with only compliments for the staff & property. December 22, 2014
