Nice Clean Room with Pleasant Staff and Used AAA discount. Room located on 2nd floor highway side and above breakfast area. Noise would have been too much (they provide earplugs.....red flag) if we hadnt left fan on in room.

I really enjoyed my extended stay at the Arsenal location. The Great Room staff (Lisa, Amanda, Beth) were amazing. If I am back in Watertown I will stay here again. BTW the cookies were great as well.

My husband and I were very happy with the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel throughout and found the decor most pleasing. The staff were very nice, going out of their way to ensure our satisfaction.
The breakfast food did leave room for improvement.

We stayed here overnight on the 7th of November for a shopping trip.Check in was smooth and fast, very pleasant and obliging staff.
Our room was great, separate bedroom,Spotlessly clean with all the conveniences like coffee machine,two tv,s fridge,microwave,etc.
Breakfast was included in the rate, buffet style hot and cold items.Once again nice staff.
The hotel is very well run and staff go out of there way to make you welcome and this comes across in their happy disposition.
If you are shopping from Canada in Watertown or Syracuse this is the place to stay.Lots of stores and restaurants nearby as well.

I can always count on the room being clean the staff being "super" helpfull and kind! It is a handy location if you want to walk next door to a restaurant or bar and walk back after a couple of drinks ! My sisters and I stay almost every summer for a week and the staff has always been so very helpful and friendly

Two nights. Staff was great. Given priority club treatment. Young lady who helped me with my reservation before coming to NY was outstanding. I reached out to her when I had no luck whatsoever from HIE online. Called 3 times and switched to 5 people before I gave up and called the hotel directly. That was the perfect thing to do because I received all the help I needed and then some. Breakfast was nice. Room was spacious and nice. I do find that HIE is updating the lobbies and other areas more than the rooms. Although it was a nice room it was a little worn could use some of the same new vision as the rest of the hotel. Did have a busload of young people come in on the last night. Thank goodness we had a bathroom and kitchen area before the bed because young people tend to be young people. For two hours I heard a lot of "f" words and laughing outside my door. The area is beautiful. Lots to do. Would go there again. Liked the hotel but would love a brand new updated room to match the rest of the hotel.

Lovely reno since our last visit to Watertown, NY several years ago. Beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well appointed. Very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Grandsons in a hockey tournament in Alexander Bay being from Massachusetts thought Watertown was close - not bad just a half hour but the hotel was great - clean rooms everything worked and supplies were perfect. Staff were all friendly, polite, helpful.
Will stay there again next time. Boys loved the pool.

This was the best Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed at. We travel throughout the States on pleasure being retired and found this hotel the best we have stayed in,

Nice facilities and warm staff. Wide hallways and nicely appointed rooms. The breakfast was a little shaky. The cheese omeletes were cool and rubbery but the rest okay. I think there was a pancake maker but it was being worked on. I do love Holiday Inn Express so it didn't dampen my spirits too much.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Watertown was an enjoyable experience and we will stay there again. From the registration experience to the checkout it was smiles and pleasant conversations from the stafff. This Inn is to be congratulated on the demeanor and courteous behaviour of every member of the staff we had the pleasure to meet.

En particular este hotel nos resultó moderno, limpio, excelente atención del personal, el desayuno muy bueno. Nos sentimos muy a gusto.

This was our first visit to Watertown, NY. When we arrived, we knew we had to stay at the HIE. We were treated warmly by the staff and secured an excellent room for our needs. Your property was centrally located for restaurants and shopping. The staff advised of local sightseeing which was very helpful to us. The breakfast selections were tasty, plentiful and a good variety. The only recommendation I could make was to make water available during the day. The inclusion of the soup in the evenings was very nice as the weather turned cold while we were there. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely visit again.

This hotel is literally surrounded by prime eating spots, several restaurants and a mall are within a few feet of the front door.
The staff are cheerful and very helpful. The hotel is family friendly, with a kid accessable breakfast (make your own pancakes!) and wireless internet throughout the building.
The only caveat is that the swimming pool has a very rough, abrasive bottom. Be very careful when swimming not to touch the bottom.
