Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lizard1 Very comfortable bed, enjoyable amenities and nicely furnished
Not sure what the beef is with other reviewers but this was an excellent property to stay at. Very comfortable room spacious, must have rx a free upgrade o a suite without even asking! Water slide for us older folks was a blast. Breakfast is the usual fare though would be nice to have ham in lieu of the sausage links and some fesh fruit a tad more healthy. But no complaints and we will be back most certainly!

Absolutely the smallest room holding a king bed we've ever been assigned. Request for a Priority Club Platinum Elite upgrade at checkin was ignored (not declined, but ignored). Perhaps the desk clerk was brand new to the hotel. We stay here often (8-12 days/year) and generally like the hotel; but not all rooms are the same.

We came for a Sunday night with our grandkids. We went in the pools. Then also went to Jenkins to see their great grandma. Have been there before and will come again.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Melissa1018 Hot tub broken
We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past couple of years. This time though, I have to say we were a bit disappointed. The hot tub's jets were broken and two of the pools were pretty cold. There was never enough pool towels for us to use either.

A little rough but staff is top notch. Wish they still had cookies out front and breakfast kept a little fresher. I'll be back:)

The front desk gal was exellenct and displayed a "Ritz Carloton" service model. Very impressed with her and her service.

First off we were double charged on our debit card which caused a overdraft fee. They refunded the double charge but REFUSE to reimburse us for the overdraft fee or make it right in another way.
They should have informed us while making reservations that they were in the remodeling process. That they did not have coin operated laundry machines available as their website said. They should have also informed us that the kiddy slide was out of order.
The shower curtain in the room was filthy and had dried up snot on it. The floor area around the toilet was not clean at all.
Need to show better customer service and attention to detail when cleaning a room.

We have stayed in many Holiday Inn Express. Our stay in Watertown was disappointing. Usually our rooms have been warm and inviting. This one in Watertown was not. The room reminded me of one we have experienced in a motel with an inexpensive rate. The room was much more sparsely furnished than other Holiday Inn Expresses we have stayed in. There were no lamps beside the bed, nor a lamp by the chair in the room. All lighting was on one side of the room, making reading very difficult. Breakfast was great, the fire inviting. The pool area looked inviting but we do use the pool. We will stay at Holiday Inn Express again but never in Watertown.
