The sofa bed that I slept on, well???? but at least when I made the reservations the gal at the desk was honest about them up front :). Wish my husband and I would be able to use the same reward card to as many times we travel separately. thank you November 1, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by staff great some issues with room and paper work Staff was very helpful and did what they could. I felt that upon checking in I was going to jail or a kindergarten,. You have to initial in several places plus sign the check in form which is pretty normal upon completion of that I was told there was a second sheet I had to read and sign. the second sheet contained things that any human being with a brain in their head would just do as a courtesy to other guests. Iff you do or allow your children to do these things they should be taken care of on an individual bases. To have a business person have to sign this on check in is to me being quite condescending and demeaning. There was no refrigerator in the room which the staff promptly got me one up there but there were not enough outlets in the room so they had to bring up 2 power strips. In this day and age you would think there would be enough outlets at the desk to plug in both a phone and a computer. There was not an open outlet by to bed for my apnea machine eater. all things that should not have to be taken care after the guest is already checked in . Again I have to say the staff was very helpful but it is not up to them what paper work people have to sign upon check in nor the lack of outlets in the room. These problems pretty much started my stay in a bad mood. I have been all over the world and have never had to sign a paper on sign in like the one this hotel has. I know it is not IHG policy since I stay in IHG hotels on a regular bases October 29, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by leisure nice and clean water park was fun rooms were comfortable, breakfast was good and quality of food was good, the selections of food was good, the dinning area was clean and the hostess was cordial and willing to bring things as we needed them. front desk people were friendly and accommodating..
