The room was clean and comfortable and included breakfast. The breakfast was okay. The fitness center did not have a large selection of equipment but what they had you could get a workout in. The pool was a little too cool in temp but I noticed it did have handicap access and the hot tub was small but nice. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Watertown.

This hotel was great in all aspects. Breakfast choices changed each day. Bed was very comfortable. Everything very clean. Warm cookies in the lobby.

The Holiday Inn Express in Watertown was the right choice. The breakfast there was very good, much better than many expresses I have stayed in. The heat in my room was difficult to control the first night but much better the second night. The staff was very personable and helpful.

Well, let me start off by telling you, I am glad your "no weapons" sign has come off your doors.... I did have a few issues regarding making my reservation and obtaining a hotel room. 1. When I called to make a reservation a few days prior, I asked about booking a room in a block for, The Rollaire Speed Team, I was told in a snarky voice, our blocks end 4 weeks prior to booking dates, like I am suppose to know your room blocking procedures?! lol okay. 2. Upon arrival I was given room 140 and after opening the door the room was dirty, so I go back down to the front desk (mind you my 2 children and wife are waiting in the hallway waiting for me) and I am told , Really? Let me check.... It says in our system it is clean. At this point I am wondering if the front desk attendant is calling me a liar!?? I responded with, why would I make this up? She said, well your room was preassigned, I guess I will believe you. Thanks for that!! So, I get assigned room 128, I get my family and we go to room 128 and the keys don't work, back down to the front desk and I get, Really, they don't work? Seriously??? Ok, now I am untruthful? So, we are finally in the room, I am greeted with receipts in the top draw, Barefoot Chardonnay and they paid with a $20, there was a floss pick in the shower, the top of the vanity had green, hairy, garbage in the corners, that did not encourage our use and to further the poor housekeeping I was greeted with a garbage and hair filled overflow on your sink that, unfortunate, because of design, was starring at me while I went to rinse my mouth after brushing my teeth. We were woken up in the middle of the night by people pounding on doors and greeting each other loudly in the hallway be cause of a surprise party they had earlier that day....... This is the second time I stayed at your facility and I am not impressed. Last time the hair on pillows and blankets and the tub that didn't drain with your no weapons policy at the time made me not want to return, but my speed skating team and families want to go there, So we agreed to go back. I do not want to return. But on a good note, out of all the team members and parents, we were the only family to have issues......
I am looking for a response to these issues.... Also, we have failed to see any points awarded that were promised by the front desk....

We stayed for a surprise birthday party (about 30 people) and the staff were fantastic. The pool was the perfect temp, breakfast delicious, nice location, great time was had by all. Thank you!

I booked a night at this hotel based primarily by location. There were a few other hotel chains to choose from, but this one had the best customer satisfaction scores by far. From the minute I walked in the door, I was not disappointed. The air smelled fresh. The desk clerk was super nice, and provided me with warm, fresh cookies. My room was immaculate. I didn't hear a peep from any of the adjoining rooms or from the hallway. Everything was exactly as it should be. I slept well, and ate a nice breakfast in the great room before I departed. Checking out was a breeze, too. If every hotel I stayed in was this nice, I might travel more!
