Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very good comfortable rooms and clean Welcoming Staff on arrival and efficient. Checked in quick and straight to our rooms. Rooms very good and clean and bright. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast good in the morning, and we were allowed to leave our luggage even though we had checked out, to go touring. Which we thought was excellent. October 8, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good, convenient hotel. Not very impressive breakfast. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff are helpful and courteous. The price is a bit high but on a par with other hotels in the area. My only complaint is that the breakfasts are not very good. If you want a cooked breakfast then its scrambled eggs and sausages and beans (no bacon). The sausages sometimes run out and are not replaced very speedily and there is no member of staff to ask for some more. Car parking is £5 per night and the car park is not very large. However I have stayed several times and never found the car park to be full. October 8, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Business Trip to Watford A good business hotel 5 mins walk from train station with easy walking to town centre and to my business area (15 mins) i.e. no need to bring a car Restaurants close-by in evening . Only let down was the breakfast; a bit bland, especially the fruit juice. I had European colleagues with me who made same comment, and also poor coffee. So just a bit more quality here please. How some fresh bread, cold meat and cheese, and better quality drinks ? Will use again. October 6, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Felt Welcome I only popped into the hotel for a quick overnight stay prior to a business meeting. Hotel was easy to find from the station and I had no delay checking in. Stayed in the hotel for an evening meal and found enough I liked on the menu. Food was perfectly adequate for a fast service and the serving staff were attentive and polite. I felt welcome at this hotel and would stay again October 6, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Like being in a nightclub at 2am Stayed here last night (Monday). Noise of people running around my floor till at least 2 am. Not very good when i had to be at work at 7am. Spoke to the staff when checking out and they didn't really seem that bothered as tho it happens all the time. Will not be staying in this hotel again and neither will my employees. October 6, 2015
