Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best hotel service we have ever received My sister and I travel together often and by far staying at this hotel has given us the most to talk about, in a good way. The staff were exceptionally helpful in everything we needed them for (even offering to let us wrap Christmas presents in the reception lobby, rather than outright refuse us access to scissors). The hotels 'take-out' service was incredibly helpful as we had not realised how we would have to go for anything, the room itself was very well laid out and as small as it was i especially appreciated the tags differentiating between the 'firm' and 'soft' pillows. The breakfast option was very well laid out in that there was an option that suits everyone and layout of the reception / front lobby / dining area meant that you never felt exposed to the other guests, staff or areas. The overall experience of the hotel was far beyond anything I could have hoped for and when we next come down to Watford we will definitely stay there again! Well worth the price you are paying for the rooms (which are not that expensive at all) December 19, 2014

They were also pleasant to the kids which always makes a difference. The hotel was clean and the food good. Would definitely come back a 3rd time.. December 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff, good location for Harry Potter Studio tour I loved the location of the hotel, it was just a few hundred yards away from the train station and only 10 minutes from the Warner Bros studio tour. Staff were very helpful and recommended a lovely Italian restaurant (L'Artista) which is a nice 15-20 minute walk away, just time to build up an appetite. Breakfast was good, not a huge cooked breakfast selection as there were only 3 hot items but they were all well prepared and plenty of other options available. Room was good and, unlike other hotels I've stayed in, was not overheated and stuffy, well done! December 12, 2014

The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly , polite and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble to make our stay a good one. I would recommend them highly to others.
